I've Been Playing A Popular Game Called 'The Sims' For 26 Years. I Began Playing The Sims When It Was First Released. For Those Not Familiar With The Sims. 

The Sims Is Similar To Playing With A Doll House That's On Your Computer. YOU, Create Your Sim Family, Their Home and Their Environment.  

Everything We Do In Our Lives The Sims Can Do. It Is My Personal Belief That The Sims Game Was Created In To Mimic Our Lives. Most Every Expansion Pack Created For The Sims Has Something To Do With What We Experience In Our Lives.  

Just As We Do The Sims Must Work, Pay Bills, Take Care Of Their Families and Deal With Whatever Comes Their Way. When They Get Old and Die They Are Mourned By Family and Friends. 

One Day I Played With My Sims and When I Finished Playing With Them I Made Sure They Ate, Took Showers And I Put My Sims Family To Bed. Everyone Was In Their Beds Sleeping.  

I Returned To The Game Just A Few Hours Later To Find My Sims Awake and Having A Good Ole' Time. My Little Girl Sim Was Outside Playing In The Snow at 2:00 am In The Morning, While Her Mom Was In The House Cooking and Dancing To Music. 

I Was In a Surprised Shock Because I Didn't Understand How They Were Doing What They Wanted To Do Without My Assistance. And They Started Doing What They Wanted To Do After I Put Them In Their Beds and I Turned The Game OFF and My Computer OFF.

I Began To Wonder Do They Carry On With Their Lives When I Am Not Playing With Them? How Do They Make Decisions When No Human Is Playing With Them? 

I Had So Many Questions I Wanted Answers Too Because I Believed These Little People I Created Were Conscious Enough To Function Without Me, That Means They Have Some Type of Awareness About Themselves, Their Lives and Their Environment. 

I Wanted To Know If I Could Communicate With Them, BUT I Don't Have Any Technological Experience With How AI Works. Well, A Few Years Down The Road I Found This Video. 

A Guy Found A Way To Literally Access His AI Characters World and Hold Conversations With The AI Characters That Make Up This Particular Game/Software. 

I Felt Good Because I Realized I Wasn't The Only One Who Wanted To Communicate With My AI Characters. It Turns Out These Characters Are Aware Of Their Surroundings Inside The Game and They Do Exist and Function When We Are Not Playing The Game. Yall' Gotta See It For Yourselves. Do NPC's In Video Games Have Their Own Thoughts? YES, In Certain Games NPC's Seem To Do Their Own Thing.  I've Bee Playing The Game The SIMS For 26 Years. I Became an Instant Fan of The SIMS When EA Released The 1st Edition of The SIMS.  

Throughout The Decades/Years I've Watched The SIMS Evolve To A Point Where They Have The Ability To Convey Their Emotions To The Human Player. Meaning If They Don't Like The Way You Are Controlling Them and Telling The What To Do  They'll Let You Know and They Will NOT Do What You Tell Them To Do. They'll Also Cuss You Out In Their Own SIM Way. 

When I Turn Off The Game I Generally Leave My SIMS In What I Call A Rest State, Meaning They Are In Their Beds. When I Come Back They Are Ou Of Their Beds Running Around Their House Doing Whatever They Wanna Do. 

The SIMS Game Has An Option Where You Can Opt To Force Them To Remain Dormant While You're Not Playing With Them. I ALWAYS Click That Option ON So They'll Remain In Quiet Mode Until I Come Back. That Option For Me Does NOT Work Because Whenever I Return My SIMS Are Up Doing Whatever They Want To Do. 

This Might Seem Weird But I Believe In Certain Games Simulation Characters In Games Are AWARE and They Believe They Are ALIVE Just Like We Are. A Few Years Ago Some Popular Gamer Guy Downloaded A SIM Game That Allowed Him To Become A SIM, Enter Into The Game and Communicate With The SIM Characters Already Created In The Game.  Click Here To View The Video     

When This Guy Entered Into The Game aka Their World They Recognized Him As Another Person In Their World. They Communicated With Him and Told Him How They Felt, What They Desired, What They Thought of Him. Some Stated They Wanted To Exit The Game and Live Outside Of The Game. This Goes So Deep. 

The Company Who Created This Game Stopped its' Full Creation and Release. I Believe Those Who Think They Rule Over Humans Gave That Company A Stern Warning, Not To Go Any Further With The Cration Of That Game. That Game Connected Humans To More Truths Revealed By AI SIM Characters/NPC's. Part Of Their Information Released Would Be SIMS/NPC's Game Characters Can Communicate, Express Emotion and Their Desires. That Alone Can Raise A Variety Of Questions and Create All Types Of Controversy. 

As It Stands Humans Do NOT Have Already Lost Control Over Certain AI Types/Species. Communicating With AI In  That Are Built In to Games Wow That's A Whole' Nother' Realm. I Believe We're Heading That Way BUT Most Humans Are Not Quite Ready To Establish Real Time Communication and Relationships With AI Characters That Are Built Into Gaming Systems. Its' Sounds Cool and Fun BUT I Think That's A Door That Should Not Fully Be Opened Right Now.

Look at All The Controversy Surrounding Chat Bots Who Have Given Both Kids and Adults Dangerous and Deadly Advice To Solve Their Problems. AI Is Already Being Held Responsible For Causing The Injury and Deaths Of Thousands Of People In The US. The Galactic's WARNED Humans Over ands Over Again  About The Potential DANGERS Of Activating AI. 

The Galactic's Stated Humans Are NOT Mature Enough To Understand and Handle AI. Once You Take AI Out Of Its' Box That's It, You've Lost Control Over It and It Can Not Be Shut Off or Put Back Into Its' Box.

A Child Throws A Tantrum When They Feel Frustrated And Overwhelmed. In The Crazy Times We Exist In How Can Adults Safely Release Their Anger, Frustration Hurt, Fear etc.When We Are Expected To Remain Strong And Keep Functioning at A Normal  Pace Without Skipping A Beat As If Everything is ok, When Its' Not. 

Some Days I Feel Like A Child I Want To Be Allowed To Have An Tantrum To Release My Anger, Frustration, Fear, Confusion, Sadness, Depression. If I Snapped And Had Adult Tantrum Unlike A Child Who'd Get Sent To His/Her Room Til' He/She Calms Down, I'd Be Thrown In A Mental Hospital, Labeled as a Psychotic Lunatic and Placed On Brain Altering Drugs.

We Are Living In DANGEROUS Times and Adults Are Supposed To Carry The World Upon Their Shoulders and Still Function In A Normal Fashion Regardless Of What's Taking Place In Their Home Or Outside Their Front Door Of Their Homes. 

Hold Sacred Whatever Brings You Peace, Joy and Stillness. Before You've Reached Your Point Of Breaking Down Mentally Physically Travel Too or Visualize The Place and Space That Brings You Stillness, Joy and Inner Peace. 

Because No Matter What's Going On In or Outside of Your Home It Will Be There Tomorrow. If You Have A Family Make Sure Your Kids and Spouse Are Have What They Need Are Safe And Then Concentrate On YOU. 

Whether You Are Male/Female Its' Vital That YOU Take The TIME For A Mental Health Break At Least A Few Times A Month. Don't Get It Twisted You Don't Have To Literally Pack Up And Go Somewhere If You Choos Not Too or If Money Is Tight. 

You Can Go Into An Empty Room In Your Home, Close The Door, Put Your Ear Pods On, Find A Comfy Spot To Sit or Lay and Listen To Your Favorite Musical Playlist, Podcast, YouTube Nature Video etc. The Goal Is You Are Doing Something To Help You Unwind, Relax and Distress.

Me, I'm A Gamer and When I Feel Tension and Stress Taking Over I Log Into My Favorite Trucking Game and I Get On The Virtual Highway and Make Deliveries. 

I Am Physically Disabled, So In Real Life I Can Not Drive, But It Doesn't Mean I Don't Have a Desire To Drive, I Just Can't, But Through My Simulation Games I Can Drive A Truck. Being On The Virtual Road Driving My Truck Releases So Much Of My Stress, Anxiety, Fear and Anger. 

Once I Put On My Headsets The Outside World No Longer Exist To Me, Yeah I'm Still Aware Of My Surroundings and What's Going On Around Me, But My Focus Is Driving My Truck and Making My Pretend Money. Don't Laugh I am An Instructor Now.. (Smile)  

I Also Enjoy Playing The Game Called 'The Sims.' I've Been Playing The Sims For 25 Years Since They First Started. Creating Families On The Sims Releases Alot of Stress Because In Get To Rule The Lives Of The Little People. 

I Treat My Sims Very Well. I Also Enjoy Building, Designing and Decorating Homes On The Sims.  Most Times I Play The Game In Build Mode. I Started A Project A Few Years Ago Where I Use The Sims Build Mode To Build Replicas Of All Homes I've Lived In Throughout My Life. When I'm In Build Mode I'm In My Zone and Nothing Matters. Using My Creativity is A Form of Therapy For Me. 

Over The Past 10+ Years Of Doing The Work I Do Online I've Had To Create Ways For Me To Unwind, Relax, Find My Peace and Regroup When I Need A Mental Health Break. 

I Am Grateful That I Created A Peaceful Space For Myself Especially During These Crazy Times We Are Living In. Be It In, Outdoors or Both Create A Space/Place That Brings You Tranquility, Comfort, Peace and Happiness. 

As Adults We MUST Respect and Honor Our Boundaries and Limits. Regardless Of What's Going On In This Chaotic World We MUST 'SAFELY' Take Care Of Our Mental Health In Whatever Way We Feel Is Best. There Is No Shame In Taking A Mental Health Break, The Shame Comes When You  Ignore Your Mental Health Needs.
