Year Books and School Pictures Catalogs and List The Children Who Attend All Schools In The US. EVERY Child Is Tracked and Monitored 24/7 via Their SMART Phones, Gaming Consoles, Tablets, Computers etc. 

They Are Also Tracked and Monitored via The Chip Trackers That Have Been Injected into Their Body Since The Day Of Their Birth. ALL Babies Are Microchipped Before They Leave The Hospital After Their Birth. Their Body Trackers Are Updated Whenever Their Parent Takes Them To Their Pediatrician To Get Their Childhood Vaccines. 

Most ALL Pediatricians Are Unaware Of What They Are Injecting Into These Kids. Many Are Offered Financial Incentives For Each Child They Vax. In My Humble Opinion The Current Legal System Should Be Revised To Include Punishment for Children Who Are Unmanageable and 'Out Of Control.' 

No, I'm Not Talking About Children Under The Age Of 5-8. A Child Above The Age Of 8 Is Old Enough To Understand The Simple Concept of Right From Wrong.    

I Also Understand A Childs Home Environment Can Have An Affect on Their Overall Behavior, BUT That Too Is Yet Another Excuse Society and The Legal System Use To Dismiss A Childs Bad Behavior.  

I Grew Up In A Crazy Environment BUT I Will Still Taught The Difference Between Right and Wrong, How To Be Descent and Respectful Person and I Learned Early That My Bad Behavior Had Consequences and I Was Held Responsible For My Bad Behavior. 

Just Like The Victorian Era (With A Few Tweaks and Adjustments) The Correctional System Should Be Revised To Include Children Who Act Out Of Control, Unruly and Commit Crimes That Harm Others. Cart A Couple Of These Smart Assed Un Trained Kids To Jail and Let Them Get A Whiff Of Life Behind Bars. 

In Other Words Instill A Little Fear In Their Minds. If This Solution Was Good Back In The Victorian Era It Should Work Just Fine Now. 'SOME' Kids of Today Have No Boundaries, No Respect For Themselves or Others and The System Has Programmed Them To Believe They Can Do and Say Whatever They Want And They Bear No Consequences. 

These Are The Kids Who Might Wind Up Eventually Committing a Heinous Crime. Then Everyone Will Be Standing Around Looking Stupid and Wondering Why The Phuck Johnny Took A Hatchet and Took Out His Entire Family.
