They Also Have Records Of ALL SOULS Who Incarnate On Earth From Other Planets. SOULS Like Myself Have Incarnated On Earth Many Times In The Past To Help Humanity Free Itself From Those Demons Who've Enslaved Them For Eons. 

Using Technology Such As The Chrono Visor They Can Look Into The Future They Can See Into The Future and Identify ALL SOULS Who Are Coming In From Other Planets. If We Are NOT Destroyed Before We Are Born or Incarnate On This Planet and If We Make It Here Alive Our Memories Of Who We Are, Why We're Here and Where We Came From Are To Be ERASED.
