Are Kidnappers Using Ice Cream Trucks To Lure and Kidnap Children In The Late Night Hours? First Off In This Day And Time Unless Accompanied By An Adult Minors Have No Business Being Outside By Themselves Regardless If Its' Day or Night.   

It Just So Happens These Supposed (Attempted) 'Ice Cream Truck' Kidnappings Are Allegedly Occurring During Late Night Hours When Minor Children Should Be Safe at Home In Their Beds. 

I'm Not Going To Waste A lot Of My Time Researching & Trying To Decode This Crazy But Disturbing Topic. The Whole Point That Should Be Taken From This Particular Topic is ALL Parents/Guardians Should Always Have Their Children's Safety Top Priority. 

Do NOT Think For One Moment That YOUR Children Are Exempt From Being Snatched Up, Because They Can Easily Become Targeted Victims Like Any Other Child That Goes Missing Every Day.    

Its' Past Time For ALL Parents/Child Guardians To Pull Their Heads Out Of Their Butts and Pay Attention To What's Going On Outside Of Their Little World. On This Planet ALL Children Are Considered To Be PREY From The Moment They Are Born.

ANSWER: In Today's World This Could Be A Very REAL Thing Happening Now. However In My Own Personal, Humble Opinion I Truly Believe This Whole Narrative is Yet Another Cabal Based STAGED 'Psychological Operation' (PSYOP)  Created To Once Again DIVERT The American Public's Attention ie; 'Look Over Here, While We Do This Over Here.' 

The More People Who Focus On Their Pre Planned, Staged False Flag Events, The More Likely They Are To Get Away With Causing Humans More Harm. None The Less Don't Ever Under Estimate How Far They'll Go To Do EVIL. We're Dealing With SOULLESS, Mindless, Demons Who Have No Conscious.
