They Actually Replaced The Light Bulbs On Many Highways, Bridges and Iconic Monuments Throughout The World. Homeowners/Apartment Dwellers That Live In Wooded Areas Are Also Dressing Their Homes Up In These Purple Bluish Lights. 

WHY? These Beings Do Not Like The Color Of These Lights and Tend To Stay Away When They See These Purple Bluish Neon Colored Lights.  Just Like We Are Of Them These Beings Are Most Likely Terrified. They Were Created and Raised Underground. 

With All The BOMBING & Destruction Going On Underground and In The Oceans The Ones Who Managed To Survive Have Migrated To The Surface of Earth.  Confused, Hungry, Scared and Possibly Injured Just Imagine How They Might Feel In A World That Is Foreign To Them.
