Yet The People Who Govern These Slum Countries Continue To Allow This Type Of Sub Standard Living. To The People That Live Among Garbage, Human Waste And Filth For Its' Just Another Day of Survival.  

As Harsh and Blunt As I Can Be At Times One Thing About Me Is I Truly Care About The Well Being of ALL People, Especially Those Who Literally Appear To Have Nothing.

Sady There Are SOME Able Bodied People Who Use Government Systems As Their Life Style. They Wont Work In A Pie Factory, But They'll Have No Problem Collecting Government Benefits and Section 8 Housing. 

Then You Have Non Disabled People Who Are Working, The Elderly and Disabled Who Have Very Limited Income Need Affordable Housing. They Apply For Section 8 And Their Applications Are Placed On 10 Year Waiting List Because There Are No Available Homes. 

Non Disabled People Who Can Work But Don't Have Been Living In Section 8 Housing For A Life Time Making It More Difficult For Those Who Are Truly Eligible For Section 8 Housing To Secure Housing For Themselves and Their Families. 

I'm Not Saying Just Kick People Off Of Section Without Giving Them A Back Up Plan Offering Them Support Services To Help Them Find A Job, Because They Too Have Children and Families Who Depend On Them To Keep A Roof Over Their Heads And Not Everyone Has Family That They Can Go Live With. Kicking Families Off Of Section With No Back Up Plan or Support Will Increase Homelessness For Both Adults And Children.

What Pisses Me Off The Most Is The Fact Humans Are NOT Supposed To Be Paying To Live On This Planet. Earth Is A Prison Planet and Most ALIEN Over Lords Who Run Prison Planets Create  FAKE Monetary Systems To Keep Their Slaves Financially Enslaved Throughout Their Lives. 

On Most Normal Planets Basic Necessities Needed To Live Are Provided To ALL Free Of Charge. Housing, Food, Clothing, Education, Health Care Are A Given RIGHT That EVERY Living Being Is Entitled Too.

However Here On Earth The Minds Of The People Enslaved On This Prison Planets Have Been Poisoned and Purposely Kept Dumbed Down. The Plight Of Homeless People Has Been A Very Real Concern Of Mine Since I Was 7 Years Old, Because As A Child I Did Not Understand Why People Did Not Have A Home To Go Too. As An Adult I Now Understand Why There Are Still So Many Homeless People In America.  

In My Perfect World There Is No Excuse For Anyone To Be Without These Five Basic Needs For Survival. 1- Housing, 2- Food, 3- Clothes, 4- Education, 5- Medical/Healthcare.. In My World These 5 Basic Necessities Should Automatically Be GIVEN To EVERY Person Born On  This Planet. 

Planets Who've Been Taken Over By Very Evil Alien Species And Their Human Satanic Cabal Puppet, Minion Slaves Have Enslaved The Occupants of Earth. 

Planets Who That Are Enslaved Are The ONLY Planets Who Live By A FALSE Monetary System Where They Force People To Work & Earn An Income So They Can Get Paid And 'Hopefully' Afford The Basic Necessities Of Life Which They Were Entitled To Freely Receive From The Moment They Were Born On This Planet.

In Short Homelessness Is A Situation That Was Created By Those Who Rule This Planet. Homelessness Is Yet Another CRUEL Form Of Enslavement That Does NOT Have To Exist and Persist.  

What's Really Sad Is There Are Many People Who've Lived On The Streets and Been Without A Home For So Long They No Nothing Else Because Living In The Streets and Battling To Survive Every Day Has Become 'Normal' To Them and The Streets Has Become Their Home. 

Altering The Mind & Thinking Patterns Of Human Slaves Is One Of The Worse Forms Of Enslavement. Once People Become Psychologically Enslaved And Can No Longer Think Clearly or Make Rational Decisions For Themselves To Maintain Their Health & Well Being That's When A Corrupt & Broken System Can Swoop In And Take Over A Situation That Should Have NEVER Been Created and The Allowed To Go This Far.      

Now We're Talking About What To Do With Countless Millions Of Homeless People Many Who Suffer With Mild/Severe Mental Illness and Lets' Not Forget Those Who Are Strung Out On Drugs. Mental Illness & Drug Abuse Together Is A Powder Keg Waiting To Explode. 

Then You Have Regular Ordinary Citizens Who Are Forced To Live & Raise Their Children In The Neighborhoods Where The Mentally Ill, Drug Addicted Litter, Loiter In The Streets. 

Its' Not Fair To The Average Citizen To Live Under Those Type Of Filthy Conditions Brought On By Those Who Are So Mentally Ill and Strung Out From Drugs They Don't Realize They Need Help. If You Offer Them Help Many Of Them Refuse To Accept The Help. 

They Choose To Litter, Loiter, Do Their Drugs & Then Fall Out In The Streets. YES, That Is RIGHT To Live That Type Of Life If They Choose, BUT  What About The Rest Of Us Who Choose To Live In Descent, Clean and Safe Neighborhoods Free From Someone Else' Unhealthy Choices. 

This New Executive Order Will If Need Be, Forcefully Remove The Mentally Ill Who Are On Drugs And Homeless Off Of The Streets and Place Them Into Hospitals/Facilities That Cater To Drug Addictions and The Mentally Ill. 

I'm Not Saying I Agree 100% With This Executive Order Because It Can Place Everyone's UNIQUE Situation and Circumstance Into One Boxed Category. That Would Be Extremely Detrimental To Families, Individuals Who Are NOT Drug Addicts or Mentally But They Happen To Be Homeless and Forced To Live In Their Cars, RV's or Vans. 

I Am 100% For Cleaning Up The Toxic, Unhealthy Unsanitary Conditions Of America's Streets & Finding Adequate and Safe Housing For ALL Persons Who Are Homeless But I Don't Want Peoples Human Rights To Be Violated Any More Than They've Already Have. 

After All Homelessness, Poverty & Lack Of Is A Weapon Used Against Humans Purposely Created By The Evil Alien Species Who Enslaved Humanity Over 400,000 Years Ago.
