I Don't Know How The Situation Surrounding Drug Addicts Who Are Homeless Is Going To Be Solved, But It Needs To Be Addressed ASAP Because This Makes No Sense. I Agree That Everyone Has The RIGHT To Live Their Life As They Choose. 

If Being A Drug Addict Is How A Person Chooses To Live Their Life Than That's On Them. However When Their Addiction Poses A Health and Safety Threat To People and Families Who Live In The Same Neighborhoods Than That's Creates  A BIG Problem For Everyone Concerned. 

People Who Work Damn Hard To Provide Housing, Food, Clothes and A Safe Environment For Themselves and Their Children Should Not Have To Step Over The Drugged Out Bodies Of Neighborhood Drug Addicts. 

Parents Shouldn't Be Afraid To Send Their Kids To School or Out To Play Because Of The Doped Up Drug Addicts Who Are Running Around Half Naked Shitin', Pissin Leaning, Laying, Drooping and Stooping All Up and Down The Neighborhood Sidewalks, Store Fronts and Side Alleys. When Your Habit Infringes On Someone Else' Life That's A Fuckin' Problem. 

Take Note The Scenes You'll See In This Video Only Happen In Certain Neighborhoods. You Don't See Disgusting Shit Like This In Wealthy Affluent Neighborhoods WHY? Because They Wont Allow It or Put Up With It. If No One Steps In To At Least Try And Help Them Most Of Them Will Stay The Way They Are Until Their Body Konks Out and They Die.  

The Cabala System That Enslaves Humanity Has More Than Enough Money To Provide Funding Where Every Homeless Drug Addict In The World Is Provided For. There Is No Funding Problem, The Problem Is They Don't Want To Invest Fully In Creating A Viable Project That Will Provide Long Term In/Out Patient Hospitalization, Out Reach Counseling/Support Services Free Housing Job and Community Services Placement. EVERYONE Deserves To Have A Positive Reasons To Want To Live Besides Chasing After The Next High.  

Those Who Choose To Continue Living As Homeless Drug Addicts Should Be Placed In Designated Areas Away From Their Local Neighborhoods. Buy Land And Adequate Housing For Them. Create A Full Community For Them and Continue To Offer Them Support Services. They Can Return To Their Regular Neighborhoods BUT They MUST 1st Be Willing To Clean Themselves.

Something MUST Be Done Because This Is Just Plain Disgusting To Know People Are Choosing To Live Day To Day Like This and The People In The Surrounding Community Have To Live and Raise Their Kids In Neighborhoods Full Of Drug Addicts Who Feel They Have Nothing Else But Drugs To Live For. WTF Fix This Shit Already.

Like The Waking Dead Zombies They Walk and Sleep On The City Streets In ALL States Of America. Most Times They Appear To Be Unaware Of Their Surroundings or Their State Of Being.  Like Furniture They Clutter The Streets People Are Forced To Step Over, Under, Around Them.  

The General Public Is Very Much Aware Of Their Prescence But Some Days Its' As If The Walking Dead Become Invisible To The Human Eye. People Go On About Their Day As If The Suffering Of Others Doesn't Exist. 

The People Who Are Living On The Streets, Strung Out On Drugs Who Are Mentally Capable MUST Also Want To Take Responsibility For Their Own Life and Well Being, Without Their Initiative There Is No Way To Help Them.

On The Other Hand People Who Work Hard And Strive To Provide A Good Life For Themselves and Their Children Should Not Be Constantly Subjected To Another Persons LIFE Choices. They Should Not Have To Live In Neighborhood Taken Over By Drug Addicts Who Don't Care About Themselves Let Alone Care About Other People. 

Most Drug Addicts Today are On Some Stuff That Is So Powerful They Have No Control Over Their Senses, They Don't Know Whether They Are Alive or Dead, Hence The Term 'The Walking Dead.'  

No Child Should Ever Have Dodge Through 'Drug Addict Alley' On Their Way To/From School. No Child Should Be Denied The Right To Play Outside Because Their Neighborhood is Plagued With Addicts Begging For Money To Fund Their Next Get High.     

The US Government Is Very Much Aware Of The Walking Dead Who Plague Our City Streets Yet, They Do Nothing. WHY? Trust Me What's Happening In Our Neighborhoods Is Definitely NOT Happening In Their Neighborhood So Why Should They Care?  They Have Plenty Of Money To Invest and Create Steadfast Solid Humanitarian Services For Displaced Drug Addicts Who Plague Our City Streets. 

The Problem Is They Do NOT Want To Fix The Problem Because It Goes Against Their Diabolical, Satanic Agendas and That Is To Watch Humans Suffer.

If I Could Help Create A Solution That Would Provide Permanent Housing, Food, Clothing Drug Rehab and Ongoing Social Services To People Addicted To Drugs I'd Send Them To FEMA Camps Located In Their States. 

Throughout The US Their Are THOUSANDS Of Well Equipped, Well Built FEMA Camps That Are NOT Being Used. Some Of These FEMA Camps Can House Up To 150,0000. These Camps Are Massive and If The RIGHT People Corporations Agreed To Fund and Run These Camps It Would Provide Stable, Temporary Housing For The Addicts Who Are Sleeping In Our City Streets. 

Opening These FEMA Camps To Displaced Drug Addicts Would Not Only Benefit Addicts, But It Could Provide Steady Employment For Many People. The Government Will Always Make Excuses When It Comes To Dishing Out Money To HELP Those In Need. 

There Is No Excuse As To Why Homelessness and Drug Addiction Has Not Yet Been Resolved In America. Other Than The Excuses I Explained, There Are No Other Reasons Why These Two Problems Can Not Be Resolved.    The 'Walking Dead' Should Only Be Seen In Horror Movies Not In Our Reality.
