In My Humble Opinion The Mother Is Exploiting Her Daughter In The Worse Way And Later On Doen The Line It Could Very Well Be Harmful For Her. Allowing Her 4 Year Old Daughter To Be Held, Hugged, Kissed and Sit On The Laps Of Men Who Are Strangers To Her That's Not Cool. 

Just Like Actress Shirley Temple This Baby Is Being Exploited and Passed Around All So Her Mom Can Get a Bag. I Think The Mom Is Hoping Her Daughter Gets Noticed So She Can Sign A Contract. 

The Little Girl Is Cute, But What Type of Talent Does She Have Besides Her Provocative Two Step Dance, Which Is Too Grown For Her To Be Doing.
