Chemtrails are not covered by STATE LAWS they are operated by the SECRET GOV/ SSP AND SPACE FORCE.  IN ORDER TO STOP THEM IT WOULD HAVE TO BE AN EXECUTIVE ORDER BY TRUMP AND THE WHITE HAT MILITARY.  The real purpose of chemtrails is to highlight incoming ET/extradimensional SPACE CRAFT ALSO KNOWN AS UFOS/UAP. The chemtrails supposedly allow the SSP  to track and trace these craft which can blink into our dimension and blink out in seconds.. Some are negatively oriented races bent on invasion and takeover.  Juan O Savin has claimed the Pleiadians were going to give us a better tech to do this however it seems that was delayed or not put into effect for some reason.  Obvously if we had the better tech it would have been put into operation and old fashioned chemttrail tech would have been stopped.  Since chemtrails continue to threaten human health there must be a continued reason for the deep state/SSP andSPACE FORCE to continue to do this…If anyone tells you they are used to detect incoming Earth based missiles they are LYING.
