It’s not “federal”, there are no “reserves”, it manufactures debt notes (obligations), not U.S. assets (constitutional money).
The @federalreserve is owned by, managed by, reports to, and is a subsidiary of, the @BISgov - a foreign domiciled organization outside the purview of our elected politicians.
