Woman Forgives Pranksters Who Caused Death Of Her Husband, She Doesn't Want Charges Filed

 

If An Adult Pulled The Same Prank That Lead To The Tragic Death Of Someone THEY Knew, Would THEY Move On And NOT Press Charges? Forgiveness & Holding Someone Accountable Are Two Different Things.  

If An Adult Pulled This Type Of Prank That Resulted In Someone's Untimely Death They'd Be Charged Automatically and Thrown Under A Jail Cell For A Good While. But When It Comes To Holding Kids Responsible For Their Actions Most People Seem To Make Excuses For Them Just Because They Are Under The Age of Adulthood. 

In Order For Children To 'Hopefully' Grow Up To Be Responsible Adults They Need To Learn That Their Actions Could Result In Good, Bad or Indifferent Consequences. THEY Like Anyone Else Should Be Held Responsible For The Outcome Of Their Decisions. 

Not Everything Kids Do Is a Cute And Funny Game. Kids Today Do Some Fucked Up Shit That Have Resulted In The Injury/Death of Themselves or Others. 

This 'Toilet Paper' Prank Prematurely Ended A Mans Life. This Man Didn't Suffer Minor Injuries He Sustained Life Threatening Injuries That Resulted In His Death.   He Has Been Permanently Taken Away From His Wife, Kids, Loved Ones and Friends. 

Forgiveness Is One Thing But Not Wanting Them To Be Held Accountable or Receive Some Type of Punishment for Their Actions In My Opinion is Basically Sending A Message That Kids Should Not Be Held Accountable When Their Actions Cause Injury or Death To Another Person. 

YES, We  ALL Can Forgive Them For Their Childlike Ignorance However These Kids SHOULD Be Charged and Held Accountable For The Irrevocable Damage Their Prank Caused. 

I Think ONE Of The BIGGEST Issues With Todays Kids Is They Have A Serious Sense Of Entitlement. Meaning They Feel They Can Do Whatever They Want And Get Away With It, Because They Are Kids and Society and The Legal System Continuously Make Up Excuses For Kids Who Commit Crimes Because of Their Age. That's Sickening. 

Sorry But That's NOT How LIFE Works Some Of Our Decisions and Actions Can Affect The Lives Of Others In a Good/Bad Way. The Consequences of Ones Quick Split Decisions and Actions Could Be Life Altering and Detrimental To Someone Else.  

YES, I Agree This Was A Tragic Accident My SOUL Knows These Kids Did Not Mean To 'Indirectly' Be The Cause of This Mans Death, But Their Prank They Chose To Put Forth Was The Cause Of His Life Ending. He Would Not Have Not Been Hit/Ran Over By A Car If He Was  Not Outside Chasing The Pranksters Who Toilet Papered His House/Property. 

I Believe They Should Receive Some Type Of Punishment Some Type Of Punishment. Again, If An Adult Pulled The Same Prank Which Caused The Same Outcome Would People Be Willing To Simply Forgive & Forget and Say 'Oh They Are Just Mixed Up Adults Having Fun They Meant No Harm.'  Adults Would Be Underneath a Jail Cell Less Than 24 Hours After The Fact. Because They Performed A Mischievous Act That Lead To Someone's Death and They Have To Be Held Accountable For Their Actions. 

If This Were Your Child, Husband, Wife, Relative Friend That Was Killed Because Someone Decided To Pull A Prank, How Would You Feel? Would You Be So Quick To Say 'Oh Their Just Kids Having Fun?'  Too Many Kids Today Do Stupid SHIT That Cause Injury and Death To Themselves & Others, Because They Forgot How To Use Their Brains To STOP & THINK Before They Do Something. 

YES, In My Day We Did Stupid Shit Too, BUT We Didn't Dare Do Anything That Would Cause Damage or Disrespect To Someone's Home or Property. We Had Common Sense NOT To Do Shit That Would Cause Us or Someone Severe Injury or Death. In My Day W Were Taught Common Sense And How To Use It. 

We Were Taught How To Respect The Property Of Others, Because We Feared The Consequences.  The Way I See It Majority of Todays Kids Do Whatever The Latest Tik Tok Trend Tells Them To Do Without Thinking of The Consequences Beforehand.
