One Question.. 'Why Does China Waste Money Building Elaborate Cities Only To Abandon Them Once They Are Half or Fully Completed?'  Either They Have BILLIONS Of Dollars To Waste or BILLIONS Of Dollars To Frivolously Spend Building Fully Functional Cities That No One Lives In. What Is The Purpose? 

Some Of Their Abandoned Cities Are Really Nice and Then Some Of Them Like The One I'm Sharing With Yall' Today In My Opinion Is Creepy As Hell. Its' Reminds Me Of A 'Never Ending Abandoned Movie Set.'  

I Just Don't Understand Why Have People Use Their Talent and Creativity Building Towns That Will Just Be Abandoned Before Anyone Has A Chance To Use, Live and Enjoy The Creation. Maybe The Buildings In These Abandoned Towns Are Fake, But Again I Ask 'What's The Point In Creating Them In The First Place?' 

I Believe There Is or Was A Purpose. I Believe Most Everything Is Created With And End Goal and Some Sort Of Purpose. I Just Can't Figure Out The Purpose Of All The Abandoned Towns, Cities & Buildings In China.
