In This Case I Feel The Jury Was Correct In Laying The Blame On The Father, BUT I Also Feel The Son Who Was 15 Years Old At The Time Should Have Been Held With A lot More Of The Responsibility After All He Was The Driver Of The Car That Killed A Family of Four.
I Don't Think Three Years Of Probation Under The Juvenile System Is Adequate Enough Punishment For The Loss Of 4 Lives. Meanwhile His Father Will Spend The Rest Of His Life In Prison Because He Allowed His 15 Year Old Son Who Was Unlicensed To Get Behind The Wheel Of His Car.
In Some Extreme Cases Such As This Parents Should Bare Responsibility For Their Kids Actions, However Kids Should Also Be Held Accountable For Their Actions, Especially When Their Actions Result In Someone's Death. Beside Juvenile Probation This Kid Should Spend A Few Years Behind Bars As Well.
