Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
In Children & Adults
In researching ADHD, I discovered that it’s root cause is a deficiency in B12, B1, B6, B3 & Vitamin D. This was very interesting, it’s the foods that these kids are eating that is causing them to be depleted in these nutrients: refined carbs - bread, cereals, crackers, pastas, crackers AND sugar.

Both Children and Adults Can Suffer With Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder (ADHD). However Some Older Adults Were NEVER Diagnosed Because This Condition Did Not Exist and or Was Not Talked About or Acknowledged During Their Childhood.
Many Children Who Grew Up During The 1970's - 1980's Who Seemed Restless, Rambunctious and Acted Out. They Were Labeled As Children Who Misbehaved, Were Bad, Incorrigible, Stubborn, Free Willed etc.'
They Were Often Times Punished, Sent Away To Special Schools That Handled Bad Kids, Many Wound Up In Jail or Worse. The Ones Who Survived Their Childhood And Moved Onto Their Adult Years Still Have ADHD and Still Have Not Been Diagnosed.
Just Because They Are Adults Does Not Mean They Should Be Ignored and Not Included In Treatments For ADHD. There Is Such A Thing As 'Adult Attention Deficit Hyper Activity Disorder.' AADHD and This Condition Should Be Brought Out To The Forefront As Well So Adults Who Suffer With AADHD Do Not Feel Ashamed or Stigmatized.
