It Sounded and Felt Like A Bomb. Manhole Explosion in Downtown Detroit Injures Woman.  My Question 'When Will The American Public Start Demanding Answers Regarding These Continuous Underground Explosions That Send Manhole Covers Hurling Into The Sky? 

This is Not a New Situation, Its' Been Ongoing For Several Months and Its' Been Happening Throughout The US On a Somewhat Regular Basis. It Was Only A Matter of Time Before Someone Was Injured or Killed. 

Thank Goodness This Manhole Cover Did Not Hit This Woman, But It Could Have and People Need To Start Demanding Answers As To What' Taking Place Underground and top Being So Complacent.
