The Federal Employees Main Concern Should Be Focused On Making The Decision That Is Best For Them. Based On My Own Research It Appears That Many Federal Employees Are Griping Because They Do Not Want To Go Back To Working In The Office Because They Got Used To Working at Home For The Past 5 Years, Which is Understandable.
However Whatever Its' Intent The Buyout Gives Federal Employees Who Do Not Want To Return To Working In The Office A Viable Solution. Either Way The People Are Being Offered An Option. In The End Choice is THEIRS To Make. Return To Work In The Office or Accept The Buyout and They'll Have 8 Months of PAID TIME To Find Another Job That Is To Their Liking.
If They Forced People To Return To The Office or Be Fired That Would Create A Hostile Environment. They Do Not Want People Working In An Office If They Clearly Do Not Have The Desire To Be There. Lets' Face It There Are Some People Who Do Not Like Their Jobs But When Your Job Requires You To Deal With The Public That Type of Job Should Be Something You Enjoy Doing, Because Your Negative or Positive Personality Will Transcend To The Customers That You Provide Services Too.
