I Hate To Keep Harping On This Topic But For Many Years Myself and Many Others Have Been WARNING The Public About The Possibility Of Emergency Shut Down On Vital Services. We Consistently Advised People On How To Prepare For Possible Break Downs In The System. 

Those Who Paid Attention Should Have A Pantry of Emergency Food & Water Supply Stashed Away For Themselves, Kids & Pets That Would Last For About Three Months. Foods Such As Dry/Can Goods Stay Fresh The Longest. 

This Is Not About Storing Fancy Expensive Foods, Its' About Storing Foods That Will Fill You and Your Kids Bellies In An Emergency. ie; Pastas, Oatmeal, Rice, Dry Cereals, Corn Meal, Flour, Sugar, Canned or Beans, Dry Eggs, Dry Milk, Powdered Juices/Beverages, Tea, Coffee, Oil, Beef Jerky Sticks, Seasonings at Minimum Salt, Pepper, Sugar etc.  

To Save Money You Might Have To Purchase Non Named Brands Of These Items, But The End Goal Is You Have An Adequate Storage of Emergency Food That Would Last At Least 3 Months. If You And Your Kids Eat Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks  You'll Have To Purchase Enough To Accommodate Their Daily Intake Of Food/Beverage.  

Those Of You Who Listened To Our Years Of Pre WARNINGS Should Be Set and Good To Go By Now, But Those Of You Who Laughed, Made Fun Of and Ignored The Pre Warnings You're On Your Own. Your Self Preservation Should Kick In And You Will Figure Out How To Affordably Feed Yourselves & Your Kids.

In Today's World Getting The Publics To STOP What They Are Doing & Pay Attention To Issues That Affect All Of Us As A Whole Is Like Pulling Teeth. Certain Businesses and Services Are Shut Down, Which Means People Are Out Of Work, Losing Income That Would Pay Bills and Buy Food. Offices That Handle Government Benefits To The Elderly/Disabled, Parents etc. 

Are Not Processing New Applications or Recertifying Those Who Already Receive Government Benefits. There's Talk That Some States Might Not Dispense Food Stamp Benefits In The Month Of November 2025 Because of The Government Shut Down And The Lack of Funding For These Vital Food Benefits and Employment. 

Years We WARNED People To Prepare For Possible Disruption In Vital Services. We Kept Telling People To Stock Up On Food, Water and Essentials That Are Needed In Their Homes Including Additional Food, Water & Supplies For ALL Pets In The House.  My Only Hope Is People Took Heed To The Pre WARNINGS That We Put Out Their Years Ago. 

Sadly Rough Situations Such As Lack Of Money and Food Is What Helps To Wake Up The Sleepers. When Things Start Affecting Their Lives On A Personal Level That's When They Magically Snap Out Of Their Mind Controlled Trance. 

Shutting The Government Down Was a Last Ditch Attempt To Accomplish Several Goals One Being To Wake Up The Sleepers To Help Them Become Aware Of Serious Issues That Are Currently Taking Place Around Them That They've Been Choosing To Ignore.  None Of Us Can Ignore Lack Of Food and No Money To Buy Food For Ourselves and Our Kids.
