Drinking Too Much Water is The Equivalent of Drowning Your Body. Each Time You Go To The Bathroom You're Peeing Out Vital Electrolytes, Minerals, Vitamins That Your Body Needs. If You Don't Replace What You Pee Out Your Body Becomes Seriously Depleted of What It Needs To Maintain and Function Properly.
