On A Serious Note These Animated Pictures Are Of Children Who Were Criminals During The Victorian Era. What I Appreciate bout The Victorian Era is Regardless Of The Childs Age They Were Not Afraid To Hold Children Fully Accountable For Their Actions and Their Bad Behavior.
Unlike In Today's Society For The Most Part Children Who Act Out And Commit Crimes Are Not Punished By The Legal System Because They Are Considered 'MINORS.'
Unless A Child Commits Murder The Legal System Views Kids As 'Too Young To Be Punished' and That's Another Reason Why Today Kids Under 18 Are Free To Act Like Out Of Control Barbarians.
In My Humble Opinion The Current Legal System Should Be Revised To Include Punishment for Children Who Are Unmanageable and 'Out Of Control.'
No, I'm Not Talking About Children Under The Age Of 5-8. A Child Above The Age Of 8 Is Old Enough To Understand The Simple Concept of Right From Wrong.
I Also Understand A Childs Home Environment Can Have An Affect on Their Overall Behavior, BUT That Too Is Yet Another Excuse Society and The Legal System Use To Dismiss A Childs Bad Behavior.
I Grew Up In A Crazy Environment BUT I Will Still Taught The Difference Between Right and Wrong, How To Be Descent and Respectful Person and I Learned Early That My Bad Behavior Had Consequences and I Was Held Responsible For My Bad Behavior.
Just Like The Victorian Era (With A Few Tweaks and Adjustments) The Correctional System Should Be Revised To Include Children Who Act Out Of Control, Unruly and Commit Crimes That Harm Others. Cart A Couple Of These Smart Assed Un Trained Kids To Jail and Let Them Get A Whiff Of Life Behind Bars.
In Other Words Instill A Little Fear In Their Minds. If This Solution Was Good Back In The Victorian Era It Should Work Just Fine Now. 'SOME' Kids of Today Have No Boundaries, No Respect For Themselves or Others and The System Has Programmed Them To Believe They Can Do and Say Whatever They Want And They Bear No Consequences.
These Are The Kids Who Might Wind Up Eventually Committing a Heinous Crime. Then Everyone Will Be Standing Around Looking Stupid and Wondering Why The Phuck Johnny Took A Hatchet and Took Out His Entire Family.
