Yet more evidence that the federalization of Washington DC metro police involves cleaning out the underground Satanic networks as well petty crime and homelessness on the streets. These Satanic networks would compromise public officials in underground SRA rituals thereby impacting the performance of federal institutions, which constitutes treason.
This compromising of federal officials was well documented by John DeCamp in his book The Franklin Coverup showing how boys from a Nebraska orphanage were flown in to Washington DC to compromise public officials and were also involved in SRA ceremonies that invoked demons/Reptilian ETs.
Military prosecutors would be needed to investigate and prosecute the perpetrators of such treasonous abuses, which would require military tribunals.
