According to publicly available info, Doricko’s company was reportedly cloud seeding over parts of Texas just 2 DAYS before historic flooding hit those same regions.

He received $100,000 through Peter Thiel’s Fellowship, the same Thiel who co-founded PALANTIR, the surveillance and defense tech giant tracking everything from troop movements to civilian behavior.

Geoengineering and weather modification is reality and you have to be blind or dishonest not to believe it at this point. The government can create, diminish, and steer hurricanes, and they've had the capacity to do so for decades. 

So yet again, you must now ask yourself... Would they do such a thing and willfully cause destruction and harm to their own citizens for a nefarious or profit motivated purpose?
