People Who Consistently Resist Change and Defend The MATRIX They Are Enslaved In Are True NPC's. They Will Live Their Entire Lives Doing What They've Been Pre Programmed To Do, They Know No Other Way To Be and We Can Not Force Them To Go Against Their Programming. 

NPC's Are Members of Our Family, Friends, Co Workers, The Zillion People You See and Encounter When You Walk Down A Busy Street. Are NPC's REAL People? I'll Just Say, YES, NPC's Are REAL People But They Are Part Of The MATRIX and They Are Programmed To Resist Anything or Anyone That Goes Against What'd Been Pre Programmed Into Their DNA.
