There Are 28 Gigantic Galactic Space Arks Nestled Deep In The Oceans Throughout The US. These Space Arks Contain Alien Based Technology That Is Hundreds Of Thousands Of Years Ahead Of What We Presently Have. 

Naturally Leaders Of The World Want Access To This Technology So They Can Keep It For Themselves and Once Again We Get NOTHING. I Don't Know Much About How These Galactic Space Arks Work or How They Wound Up On Earth In The Oceans.
