Tonight I got a $3 tip on a $1,665 dinner… because the table thought the 20% service charge was my gratuity.

And honestly? This is becoming one of the hardest parts of working in restaurants today.

The problem is, every restaurant handles service charges differently now. Some places give it to the staff. Some split it. Some keep part — or all — for operating costs.

At our restaurant, that service charge does NOT go to servers.

So after hours of taking care of a table — timing every course perfectly, refilling drinks before they’re empty, handling special requests, answering questions, and making sure the entire experience feels seamless — you open the check and see:

Tip: $3.00

The worst part is… most guests truly believe they already tipped.

So now servers are left writing little notes like:
“Service charge does not go to staff ”

Not to guilt anyone.
Not to beg.
Just to survive a system that’s become incredibly confusing for both guests and workers.

People see the final bill and assume the staff has already been taken care of.

Most nights, we smile through it.
But after enough tables like this… it starts to hit differently.

If restaurants add service charges, there should be complete transparency about where that money actually goes.
Because guests deserve clarity.
And service workers deserve fairness.

Too Many Kids Today Seem To Lack Conscious, Meaning Its' Easier For Them To Do Stupid, Evil, Dangerous, Deadly Shit Without Remorse or Conscious. Like It Or Not That Type Of Person, Being Is A Danger To Themself as Well As To Society.

I Don't Necessarily Agree With Arming Citizens With AR-15's and Allowing Them To Fight Teen Take Overs In Their Neighborhoods Because That Can Easily Get Out Of Hand Real Quick and Innocent People Could Get Injured or Killed, But I Do Believe Its' Time For The General Public To Step Up and Do Their Part  In Keeping Their Neighborhoods Safe From These Violent Teens and Or  The Teens Who Are Mere DUMB Followers.. 

At This Point Showing Up In Force With Some Pepper Spray Guns Might Be Needed To Scare The Shit Out Of These Destructive Teens. Let Them Know Next Time The Guns Very Well Might Shoot Bullets. These Destructive Teens Are Past The Stage Of Coddling and Making Shit Easy For Them Some Serious Stern Discipline Is Needed Along With Family and Psychological Evaluations To Help Rule Out Any Underlying Parental Abuse, Mental Disorders, School Bullying etc.

I Had an Uncle Who Worked As A Conductor On A Train. One Night He Decided To Go Relieve Himself By Standing In Between Two Moving/Still Cars That Were Attached To Each Other.  He Lost His Footing, Fell Onto The Tracks and Several Train Cars Ran Over Him Before The Conductor Who Was Relieving Him Realized My Uncle Had Fallen Onto The Tracks. 

Needless To Say My Uncle Was Killed Instantly, Parts Of His Body Was Decapitated. During His Funeral Service The Casket Remained Closed Because The Mortician Could Not Make His Body Presentable Enough For An Open Casket Service.  As A Little Girl I Learned Early On Through My Uncles Tragic Death That Trains and Train Tracks Are Not To Be Played With or Taken Lightly. 

Strangely Enough Throughout My Life I've Known People Who Were Severely Injured By Playing Around On Train Tracks or Accidently Fell On The Train Tracks and Were Severely Injured and Lost Their Limbs. 

Common Sense Seems To Disappear At Times For Both Adults and Children and Sometimes Lack Of Judgement Can Lead To Tragic Outcomes. Regardless Of How This Case Turns Out From A Legal Stance, Its' My Opinion That The Rail Road Company Are Not At Fault.

YES, I Agree This Was A Tragic Accident My SOUL Knows These Kids Did Not Mean To 'Indirectly' Be The Cause of This Mans Death, But Their Prank They Chose To Put Forth Was The Cause Of His Life Ending. Church Refuses To Allow Homeless Woman To Sleep In Her Car In Their Parking Lott

 

The Next Issue That Needs To Be Immediately Addressed Is The Homeless Crisis In America. In Case Yall' Don't Know This Families Are Sleeping In Their Cars Because They Have No Where To Go. 

Most Shelters Are Filled To Capacity and Some Shelters Are Too Damn Dirty and Dangerous For Individuals and Families To Stay In.  Those Who Have Cars Convery Their Cars Into Their Bed At Night. However Its' Getting Cold Now, No Child or Adult Should Be Forced To Sleep In A Freezing Car During The Winter Months.

To Make Their Lives Worse Security and Police Patrolling Certain Areas  Wont Allow The Homeless To Sleep In Their Cars. They'll Come Up To Their Cars and Say 'You Can't Sleep Here.' Well, You Tell Me Where The Fuck Are They Supposed To Go?

Theres A Woman Who Is Homeless and She Has 4 Small Children. Her Youngest A Baby Is 8 Months Old. Using A Hot Plate She Able To Prepare Hot Meals For Her Kids In A City Park. Her 3 Oldest Are In School During The Day, So That's A Good Thing. 

At Night She Has To Search Around Her Area To Find A Safe Place To Park Her Car So Her and Her Babies Will Have A Place To Rest and Sleep Throughout The Night.   

Some Nights Are Good She'll Go Unnoticed Than There Are Those Nights When She Gets The Tap On Her Car Window Telling Her That She and Her Kids Are Not Allowed To Sleep There.

Can Any Of You Tell Me When Homelessness and Sleeping While Being Homeless Became ILLEGAL? This Is The Type Of Shit That I'm Talking About That Needs To Be Addressed and Rectified Like Right NOW. Not Tomorrow, Not Next Week, But Right Fuckin' NOW.. 

No Human Being Should Be Without A Place To Call Home in America or Anywhere On This Planet. No Woman With 4 Children Should Be Denied Access To a Home and or A Clean, Safe Shelter For Her And Her Kids. 

I Don't Give A Rats Ass What The Phuck Is Presently Going On In America You Tell Me Why The Phuck This Woman ONE Of Many Is Sleeping In Her Car With Her 4 Babies?   Meanwhile These Lawmakers & Government Officials In America Each Night Go To Their Homes and Sleep In Their Comfy Warm Beds.

Since I Was 6-7 Years of Age I Took Notice To The Homeless Crisis Here In America. I Didn't Understand It Then and No One Could Give Me Answers That Made Sense.  

Fast Forward To Today NOTHING Has Changed In Regard To The Homeless Situation In America and No One Can Come Up With A Logical Solution, But They Found A Way To Travel Too and Phuck Up Other Planets and Civilizations.  

Homelessness In America Aint' About A Lack Of Funds To Build Free and or Low Income and or Affordable Housing In America Its' About This Shit Is About CONTROLLING The Lives Of People Who Have Very Little Resources. 

One Of The Things I Hate About Earth Is The Never Fuckin' Ending GREED and Lack Of Compassion Displayed By SOME Of Those Who Have All The Comforts Life Can Offer, While Others Have NOTHING and Every Day They Struggle To Acquire The Bare Necessities Needed To Survive. 

My Home Planet Is Inside The SUN. Guess What? I Did Not Know What Money Was Until I Was Born Here On Earth. We Don't Use Nr Do We Need Money. WHY? Because Money Does Not Exist. Money Is A Tool Created To Financially Enslave Earth Humans and Other Civilizations On Other Planets. 

Because Money Does Not Exist On My Planet We Do Not Pay Rent or To Keep A Roof Over Our Heads. We Do Not Pay To Nourish Our Body, We Do Not BUY Food. We Plant, Harvest & EVERYONE Eats For Free. We Use Technology That Replicates ANYTHING, Including Food, So No One Goes Hungry or Without.

Now They Pushed The Homeless Game A Little Deeper By Making It Appear That Being Homeless and or Sleeping While Homeless Is A Crime. Now The Homeless Are Being Turned Away By Staff Who Work In The Churches. They Don't Want The Homeless Using Their Parking Lotts as A Place To Park Their Cars and Sleep. 

I Understand People Have Security Concerns and They Don't Want People Hanging Out and Loitering On Their Property Because It Might Bring In The Wrong Crowd Of People and It Might Deter Visitors From Entering The Church or Other Establishment. 

Again I Ask 'Where Are The Homeless Supposed To Go When They Have No Where To Go?' If The Homeless Can Not Go To Their Local Community Church To Rest and Seek Help and Refuge What Are Churches For? 

Churches, Especially These MEGA TV Churches Need To Step Up Their Game and Do More To Help The Homeless In Their Communities. But I Forgot 'SOME' Of These Churches Are Under The SECRET Control Of The Satanic Cabal. If They Do Not Abide By The Cabals Demands They Could Lose Vital Funding For Various Programs Their Church Relies On.

Woman Hits & Kills A Pedestrian While Driving & Livestreaming On Tik Tok. WTF Is Wrong With People? This Further Proves Many People No Longer Use Common Sense. Common Sense Has Been Lost To The Internet, Which Has Been Taken Over By AI. 

Its' Very Easy For AI To Take Hold Of And Control The Minds Of People Who's Lives Have Become Infused With Platforms Such As Tik Tok. When Humans No Longer Use Their Brain To Decipher Right From Wrong AI That Has Infused Itself Within The Web Of The Internet Has Done Its' Job. 

This Woman Should Have Clearly Known Better Than To Drive While Livestreaming On Tik Tik and She Had Children In The Backseat Of Her Car. I'm Not 100% Sure If The Children In The Car Were Her Own Children  or If They Were Her Grandchildren, Non The Less The Children Are Related To Her. When She Hit The Pedestrian Who Was Crossing The Street The Children Were Shocked and Traumatized. 

 Not Only Did This Woman Make The Bad Decision To Drive While Filming A Livestream On Tik Tok, She Killed A Man Who Was Merely Trying To Cross The Street and She Traumatized The Children Who Were In The Car With Her.

Oh But To Add Insult To Injury Soon After The Woman Reaches Out To Her Tik Tok Fans And Dry Begs Them To Cash App Her Some Money So She Can Pay For A Lawyer. She Never Once Mentions or Shows Any Empathy Towards The Man She Hit & Killed With Her Car or His Family. 

This Is The Kind Of Sick, Non Caring Mind Frame We're Dealing With When It Comes To People Who've Become Obviously Addicted To Creating Content On These Platforms For Likes, Views and Money. When Your Obsession Causes Detrimental Harm To Another Human Being Its' Time To Let It Go.

What's Crazy Is Her Tik Tok Supporters Are Bashing Those Who Speak Out Against Her Decision To Livestream While Driving. Some Have Even Blamed The Man For Crossing The Street at That Time. I Rarely Share Personal Information About Myself and or My Disability. WHY? Because I Respect My Privacy and How I Live My Life Is Not The Focus Of My News Blog. However Due To A Prescribed Drug Known as Thalidomide I Was Born Without Arms.  

During The 1950's Into The Early 1960's Thalidomide Was Prescribed To Pregnant Women To Help Alleviate Morning Sickness During Their Pregnancy. Thousands of Babies Both In The UK And The US Were Born Missing Their Limbs or They Were Born With A Variety Of Other Physical Disabilities. Thalidomide Mainly Affected The Growth Of The Limbs. 

In Spite Of My Physical Disability I Was Raised To Live an Independent Life. In My World 'My Toes Are My Fingers, My Feet Are My Hands and My Legs Are My Hands.' I Can Just About Do Anything A Person With Arms Can Do I Just Use My Lower Limbs.  In This Life Time I Was Born Without Arms So, Its' No Big Deal For Me. I Never Had Arms So I Automatically Used My Feet For Everything.
