Case Workers That Are Sent To The Homes Where Theres Reported Abuse Are Lacking Critical Skills When It Comes To Spotting When A Childs Life Is In Imminent Danger and They Should Be Removed From The Home When They Are Clearly In Harms Way. I'm No Social Worker But It Doesn't Take A Rocket Scientist To Spot When A Childs Being Abused And Clearly Needs Help.

The People Work Within CPS Who Are Not Properly Doing Their Jobs or Have Not Been Adequately Trained To Do Their Jobs Should Be Retrained or REMOVED From Their Jobs.  Putting Children Lives At Risk Should NEVER Be Tolerated and In SOME Situations Criminal Charges Negligence Should Be Dished Out To Case Workers Who Purposely Ignored The DANGER Signs Which Eventually Lead To A Child Being Seriously Injured or Murdered.  

How Many More Children Have To Be Injured or Die Before CPS Takes Responsibility For These Kids Lives? Enough Is Enough.  I Know There Are Many Case Workers Out Their Who Genuinely Care Abut The Children They've Been Assigned To Look After But Lately Case Workers Like The Guy In This Article Above Seem More Prevalent. 

I Don't Know How Old A Person Must Be To Be A Caseworker or What Qualifications They MUST Have For CPS To Hire Them, But The Guy In This Article Who Was The Assigned Case Worker For This Particular Was Just 24 Years Old. Another Is Parents Who Allow Their Lovers To Watch THEIR Kids.  Many Child Injuries/Deaths Are Caused By The Outsider. The New Lover That Enters Into The Parents Life. I Grew Up In The System and I Experienced Years Of ABUSE At The Hands O\f My Foster Mother. I Had  Black Eyes, Busted Lips and Bruises All Over My Fuckin' Body And No One Did NOTHING. The Adults Who Were Assigned To PROTECT Me Didn't Do Jack Shit To REMOVE Me From That Home, So I Know How The CPS System Works.

Rensey's Mom Knew This Woman Less Than 6 Months Before The Woman Moved In With Her and Was Helping Her Take Care Of The Baby. How Much Did She Really Know About This Woman? Apparently Not Enough. 

I'm Not Saying ALL Step Parents Will Abuse and Murder Kids That Are Not Their Own Because Their Are Many Beautifully Blended Families. As A Kid I Lived Within A Blended Family and My Step Foster Dad Larry Took On ALL 4 Of My Foster Moms Kids Including Me as His Own.

Young Adults Having Babies Is All Good, But In Todays World It Takes Alot To Protect Your Child(ren). Parents Need To Be More Careful When It Comes To Bringing Their New Mate Around Their Kids, Especially When The Child Can't Speak Up For Themselves and Tell You If Someone Hurt Them.

I'm Truly Sorry For The Childs Passing But In My Humble Opinion Its' Obvious To Me The Parents Did All They Could To Protect Their Baby. Its' Been Proven Many Children/Adults With Autism Have Super Beyond Average Intelligence. They Are Amazingly Creative and Their Brain Can Figure Stuff Out That The Average Person Can't. 

For Whatever Reason This Baby Seemed Overly Fascinated or Fixated With Breaking Out of Her and Just Doing Her Thing Running Around Outside. The Parents Themselves Are Relatively Young and Raising Several Children at One Time Under The Age Of 6 Could Be A Challenge For Any Parent  Add In The Fact That One Of The Children Has Autism That Can Be Super Challenging For Any Parent. 

Also Lack Of Adequate Support Services For The Autistic Child and Their Parents Might Also Add To The Every Day Stress Of Parenting, Working and Taking Care of The Household. The Parents of This Child Were Probably Were Probably Overwhelmed and Tired From Lack Of Sleep Trying To Protect Their Child From Leaving The Home.

As A Former Foster Child Based On My Own Personal Experience and Yeas Of Research I've Come To The Conclusion That The Satanic Cabal System Whom Feed Off Of The Suffering, Pain and Death of Humans and Worship A GOD (Moloch) Whom Demands Child Sacrifice Is Connected and In Control Of Child Protect Services (CPS) and ALL Facilities and Organizations That Cater To To The Needs Of Children.

This Tragic Case Happened In The UK, S I Am Unfamiliar With How Their Child Protective Services Work. However I Would They'd Have No Tolerance For Parents Who Abuse Children and Parents Who Can Not Properly Care For A Child. Than Again It Appears CPS Is Nothing More Than A Front For The Cabal To Traffick Kids and Place Kids With Demon Monsters Who Don't Give A Fuck About Kids or They'll Leave A Child With An Abusive Biological Parent(s) Until The Parents Murder The, Then Everyone Jumps Off Their Asses And Acts As Though They Are So Concerned and or Saddened By The Childs Death. By Then Its' Too Late, They Failed That Child. 

In This Case This Male Gay Couple Should Have NEVER Been Approved To Adopt A Baby. How The Adoption Agency Did Not Pick Up On The WARNING Signs is Beyond My Comprehension. The Primary Caretaker Of This Child Was 1 Sandwich Short Of A Picnic Basket. He Should Have Not Even Bee Allowed To Submit An Application. 

Also I Am Not Harping On The Fact That This Was A Male Gay Couple Who Adopted This Precious Baby Because Their Sexual Orientation Shouldn't Matter as Long As They Love, Protect and Care For The Child In Their Home. Their Are Many Same Sex Couples Who Do Amazing Jobs Of Raising Their Children, But Then There Are Those Who Shouldn't Be Trusted To Raise A Roach and This Is One Of Those Couples.

What I Don't Understand Is Why The People Who Handle These Cases are Not Being Held Accountable When A Child Is Severely Injured or Murdered Under Their Watch. The4y Do Home Visits, They See All Kinds Of Red Flags But Doctors, Nurses, Social, Law Enforcement, CPS, etc. Seem To Rarely Remove The Child From A Dangerous Home Before Its' Too Late At Least That's The Impression That Is Being Portrayed Whenever I Watch These Type Of Videos.

I'm Also Very Much Aware Of How These Cabal Demons Enjoy Deceiving and Manipulating The Minds Of The Public To Bring Forth Their Diabolical Agendas. Tonight I got a $3 tip on a $1,665 dinner… because the table thought the 20% service charge was my gratuity.

And honestly? This is becoming one of the hardest parts of working in restaurants today.

The problem is, every restaurant handles service charges differently now. Some places give it to the staff. Some split it. Some keep part — or all — for operating costs.

At our restaurant, that service charge does NOT go to servers.

So after hours of taking care of a table — timing every course perfectly, refilling drinks before they’re empty, handling special requests, answering questions, and making sure the entire experience feels seamless — you open the check and see:

Tip: $3.00

The worst part is… most guests truly believe they already tipped.

So now servers are left writing little notes like:
“Service charge does not go to staff ”

Not to guilt anyone.
Not to beg.
Just to survive a system that’s become incredibly confusing for both guests and workers.

People see the final bill and assume the staff has already been taken care of.

Most nights, we smile through it.
But after enough tables like this… it starts to hit differently.

If restaurants add service charges, there should be complete transparency about where that money actually goes.

I Don't Necessarily Agree With Arming Citizens With AR-15's and Allowing Them To Fight Teen Take Overs In Their Neighborhoods Because That Can Easily Get Out Of Hand Real Quick and Innocent People Could Get Injured or Killed, But I Do Believe Its' Time For The General Public To Step Up and Do Their Part  In Keeping Their Neighborhoods Safe From These Violent Teens and Or  The Teens Who Are Mere DUMB Followers.. 

At This Point Showing Up In Force With Some Pepper Spray Guns Might Be Needed To Scare The Shit Out Of These Destructive Teens. Let Them Know Next Time The Guns Very Well Might Shoot Bullets. These Destructive Teens Are Past The Stage Of Coddling and Making Shit Easy For Them Some Serious Stern Discipline Is Needed Along With Family and Psychological Evaluations To Help Rule Out Any Underlying Parental Abuse, Mental Disorders, School Bullying etc. 

I Also Want To Add The Probability Of These Teens Being Vaxxed With The COVID-19 BIOWEAPON/Boosters Is Very Likely.
