Back In The 1950 - 1970's Two Parent Households Could  Live Comfortably On ONE Income Coming Into The Home. Back Then Usually The Father Worked and The Mom Stayed Home Took Care Of The Kids and The House. 

I Grew Up During The 1960's - 1970's My Mom Raised Me While My Dad Worked. No, My Parents Weren't Rich, But We Always Has A Roof Over Our Heads, Food On The Table, Clean, Descent Clothes On Our Backs and Were Able To Afford A Few Things We Wanted, We Lived Moderately Comfortable. 

I Was Born and Raised In NYC And Back Then My Dad Worked at Perlwick Box Company His Job Was Located In NJ. Monday Through Friday My Dad Would Make The 1  1/2 Hour Commute From NYC To NJ In Our Beat Up Yellow and Brown Station Wagon. My Dad Had To Be At Work By 5:00 PM, So He'd Leave Our House No Later Than 3:30 PM. 

ONE Of The Highlights Of My Day Was Seeing My Dad Waiting For Me At The Bus Stop After School, We'd Stop at The Corner Store and He Let Me Pick Out One Of My Favorite Junk Food Afterschool Snacks. Him and I Would Talk About My Day as We Walked Home From The Corner Bodega Store.

Mon-Fri My Dad Would Get Home From Work By 3:30 AM. He Was Home and In Bed By Time I Woke Up. Some Mornings Depending On How Tired He Was He'd Get Up And Wait Outside With Me For My School Bus To Pick Me Up In The Morning. I Rarely Missed A Day Of Not Seeing My Dad and Spending Some Unrushed Quality Time With Him.

My Mom Well She Held Down The Fort, She Took Care of Me and My Baby Brother 7 Days A Week. Our Home Was Clean, Tidy and My Mom Made Sure To Prepare Hot Meals During The Weekday. Weekends If My Parents Could Afford It We'd Have A Family Night Out and We'd Eat at One Of Our Favorite Local Diners.

Because My Mom Was a Stay At Home Mom She Of Course Was Me and My Little Brothers Primary Caretaker. She Got Us Up In The Morning, Washed, Dressed, Fed and Out The Door and We Had An Evening Routine As Well. Snack, Homework, Play/TV Time, Dinner By 6:00 PM, Bath Time, Wind Down Time, Light Bed Time Snack, In Bed By 8:30 PM. My Mo Ran A Tight Ship, But It Worked For Our Household. 

Looking Back I Can't Imagine Not Having At Least ONE Parent Figure Taking Care of Me During The Early Part Of My Childhood. Parents Should Be Emotionally and Present During The Most Important Years In A Childs Life. 

I Am So Grateful I Grew Up In An Era Where Both Parents Were Present In My Life During The Most Important Stages Of My Childhood. NO, We Were By Far Not A Perfect Family We Had Our Ups and Downs Like Everyone Else In Our Neighborhood. No Matter What We Were A Family Unit and Our Neighbors Were Our Extended Families. 

Today In The Year 2026 Parenting Is Not The Same as It Was In The 1950's - 1970's.  Somewhere A Long The Line Women Were Made To Believe They Should Have The Right To Work Outside The Home and That's Ok But When You Have Kids That Need To Be Cared For Working Outside Of The Home Has To Be Strategically Planned Out. 

In Any Case During The Late 1970's Women Set Out To Prove They Could Work and Take Care Of Their Families and Home at The Same Time. Most Women Did NOT Have To Work Because Back Then ONE Income Coming Into The Home Was Enough For A Family Of 4 To Live On Comfortably.

As Usual The Cabal Created  A Giant False Flag Event Creating A 'Women's Right To Work Outside Of The Home' Campaign. This Staged Campaign To Disrupt Family Life Became So Big Commercials, Billboard Ads, Tee Shirts etc. Were Created To Pump Women Up. 

Eventually Women Took On Jobs Outside The Home. Many Parents Who Worked Depending On Their Work Schedules They Were Unable To Be There For Their Children When They Got Home From School. In Todays World I Can Not Imagine Any Child In Elementary School Coming Home To An Empty House, Because Both Parents or The Primary Parent/Care Taker Has No Choice But To Work To Earn An Income To Survive. 

In The 1980's After School Programs and Activities Ramped Up Because Working Parents Were Afraid To Leave Their Chil(dren) Unsupervised After School. Her Job Does Not Pay Enough For Her To Rent A One Bedroom or Two Bedroom Apartment. Remember A Descent Studio Apartment is $2,000+ In NYC. ONE Bedrooms Are Close To $2,800+. TWO Bedrooms Are $3,000+ In NYC. 

I Got My 1st Apartment In NYC In 1983, It Was Nice Size ONE Bedroom. It Was A Brand New Apartment and I Was The 1st To Live In It. Matter A Fact The Entire Section I Lived In Was Brand New. In 1983 My Rent For That Apartment Was $700.00 A Month. 

I Stayed In That Apartment For 21 Years Before I Relocated To Another State. When I Moved Out The Rent On That Apartment Was Up To $1,200 A Month. Today A Tiny Studio Apartment is Over $2,000 A Month. 

I Am Saying All This To Say 'In America In Todays World Now A Days Most Single/Two Parent Households MUST Work 2-3 Jobs Just To Afford The RENT. When Are Forced To Work Over The Average 8 Hours a Day It Drastically Cuts Into The Quality TIME and The Parenting Time That Should Be Spent With Their Child(ren).
