In This Reality NPC's Are Everywhere. NPC's Can Be Part Of Your Family, Friend or A Neighbor. In Any Case NPC's Are Sometimes Used As Fillers In Our Every Day Lives.   

If You've Ever Walked Down A Street Among A Crowd Of People Who Seem To Be Doing A Bit Of Everything, Most Of Them Are NPC's, Their ONLY Job is To Fill Up Space. NPC's Serve Other Purposes As Well, But In This Case NPC's Are Used As Fillers. 

This Guy Appeared On A Live News Broadcast At The LA Riots. He Was Caught On Camera Than He Magically Disappeared. Was He An NPC? I Can't Say Because The Video Clip Was Too Short. He Could Be An NPC, ENERGY Coming In From Another Dimension or Some Type Of Camera Glitch, Which I Doubt, But I Still Had To Put That Option Out There For Consideration.
