A Parent Who Voluntarily Signs Over Their Parental Rights To Place Their Child In The Hands Of Strangers Is Desperate and Has Reached The End Of Their Rope.  

In The State Of Virginia There Has Been An Uptake In Parents Giving Up Their Parental Righta and Surrendering Their Children To State Care.

'Kids Will Be Kids.' They Get Into Trouble and Mischief But By A Certain Age They Grow Up And They Go On To Become Responsible Adults At Least That's What A Parent Would Hope.  

The Current Generation Of Kids Is Very Different Than Previous Generations and Many Parents Are Afraid Of Their Kids. I'm Gonna Tell Yall' Like It Is. When I Was A Kid If You So Much As Looked At Your Parent The Wrong Way You'd Be Picking Yourself Up Off The Floor And CPS Did Not Come To Rescue Your Ass.

In The Late 1970's US Lawmakers Made It Clear That Parents Who Physically Punished Their Children Would Be Charged With Child Abuse and Could Possibly Have Their Children Removed From Their Home.  

Many Parents Were Afraid To Physically Whip That Childs Ass. Kids Aint' Stupid They Knew Their Parents Were Afraid of CPS And Afraid Of Being Charged With Child Abuse. Somewhere Along The Line Parents Stopped Parenting Their Kids and The Kids Are So Out Of Control Their Parents Are Afraid Of Them Physically Harming THEM, Themselves, Their Siblings or Strangers. 

You Know Theres A Problem When Teachers Throughout The US Are Quitting Their Jobs In Droves Because They Too Are Terrified Of The Students. If Parents Can't Control Their Kids At Home How Do You Think Their Kids Act In School? Many Teachers In The US Have Been Severely Injured By These Very Dangerous Kids. 

Many of These Kids Are Not Bad Kids But They Might Have A Variety Of Psychological Problems That Causes Their Bad Behavior Issues. In Todays World There's Lots Of Reasons Why Children Have Psychological Issues. However The Main Reasons Are NOT Being Talked About Because Many People Are Unaware Of What's Taking Place Right Before Their Eyes. 

Here In America The General Public Is Purposely, Constantly Bombarded By Toxins and Poisons In The Air We Breath, Food We Eat, Water We Drink, Vaccines We're Injected With, Medicines We Take etc. It Is Believed That The Clothes We Where and The Sheets We Sleep On At Night Is Infected With Microscopic Nano Particles.
