This Generation Of Children Are The Most Difficult To Teach and Raise Because They Suffer With A Variety Of Man Made/Environmental Mental and Emotional Issues That SOME Teachers Are Not Properly Trained To Handle Nor Do They Have The Patience To Deal With On A Daily Basis. True Fact 'Teachers Are Not Paid Enough To Handle Kids Who Have Outbursts and Other Serious Emotional Issues.
I Do NOT Condone The Abuse This Teacher Inflicted On This Child But I Do Understand A Person Who Reaches That Breaking Point. Thjis Is Easier Said Than Done. When She Felt Herself Reachin Her Breakin Point Instead Of Lashing Ou At The Child She Should Have Left The Classroom and Allowed Another Teacher To Step Until She Regained Her Composure.
Lets' Keep It Real Children Can Be Handful To Deal With, Especially When They Have Underlying Emotional Issues. If A Parent Has Trouble Handling Their Own Childs Behavior How Do They Expect Teachers Who Might Not Be Trained In Child Psychology To Handle Children Who Act Out During Class Because Of Emotional Illness? I'll Say This Again 'Teachers Are Not Trained To Handle Kids Who Have Serious Emotional Issues and They Are NOT Paid Enough To Take On That Added Responsibility.'
This Teacher Was Terribly Wrong For Harming This Child There Is No Excuse For What She Did and Yes She Should Be Punished at The Full Extent of The Law and Banned From Working With Children Until She Is Properly Certified To Do So. On The Other Hand What Is The Educational Systems Responsibility In This Particular Case. What Are THEY Doing To Properly Train & PAY Teachers To Handle Kids Who Have Emotional Break Downs In Class?
If Yall' Haven't Noticed Thousands of Teachers Have Quit Their Teaching Jobs Because They Are Unable To Handle This Generation Of Kids. They Are Being Physically Attacked, Disrespected, Threatened By The Students They Are Assigned To Teach.
When It Comes To The Educational System In America The Entire System Needs To Be Shut Down And Completely Cleaned Out And Overhauled. Making Way For A New System To Be Installed a System That Protects Both The Student and The Teacher. A System That Encourages Parents Of ALL Students To Get Involved In Their Childs Educational Journey.
Education In America Is Currently At Its Worse And The System Is Designed Not To Care. You Can Tell What I Am Saying Is True. Too Many Kids Are Being Bumped Up To The Next Grade or Graduating and They Can't Read, Write or Do Basic Math. If The Educational System Is So Good How Are Kids Graduating and They Can't Read and They Don't Know Basic Math Skills?
Pretty Soon The Shortage of Teachers Will Shut The School System Down Because Teachers Are Quitting and Walking Out In Droves Every Day. They've Had Enough and You Can't Blame Them. They Shouldn't Have To Go To Work Everyday Wondering If They Are Going To Be Physically/Verbally Attacked By One Of Their Students. They Shouldn't Have To Worry If They Will Make It Back Home To Their Families Safe and Alive. Teachers Should Also Get Paid A Much Higher Salary After All Teachers Basically Take On The Responsibility Of Teaching and Looking Out For Classrooms Full Of Kids That Are Biologically Their Own. With That Being Said Their Salary Should Be Reflective Of The Work They Do.
Again If Parents Can't Handle Their Kids at Home How Are Untrained Teachers Supposed To Do It? Teachers Are Trained In Educating Children, They Are NOT Babysitters or Child Psychologist.
