As I've Been Saying It Appears To Me That CPS Is Working Against Children and Not For The Children. Way Too Many Children In The US Who Are Under The Care Of CPS Are Being Severely Abused And Murdered By The People Who Are Supposed To Love, Care and Protect Them. . Case Workers That Are Sent To The Homes Where Theres Reported Abuse Are Lacking Critical Skills When It Comes To Spotting When A Childs Life Is In Imminent Danger and They Should Be Removed From The Home When They Are Clearly In Harms Way. I'm No Social Worker But It Doesn't Take A Rocket Scientist To Spot When A Childs Being Abused And Clearly Needs Help. 

The Entire System That Is Set Up To Protect Children In  America Seriously Needs To Be Overhauled and Cleaned Out Because It Is Causing Too Much Harm To The Kids Its' Supposedly Designed To Provide Help and A Safe Haven.  

The People Work Within CPS Who Are Not Properly Doing Their Jobs or Have Not Been Adequately Trained To Do Their Jobs Should Be Retrained or REMOVED From Their Jobs.  Putting Children Lives At Risk Should NEVER Be Tolerated and In SOME Situations Criminal Charges Negligence Should Be Dished Out To Case Workers Who Purposely Ignored The DANGER Signs Which Eventually Lead To A Child Being Seriously Injured or Murdered.  

How Many More Children Have To Be Injured or Die Before CPS Takes Responsibility For These Kids Lives? Enough Is Enough.  I Know There Are Many Case Workers Out Their Who Genuinely Care Abut The Children They've Been Assigned To Look After But Lately Case Workers Like The Guy In This Article Above Seem More Prevalent. 

I Don't Know How Old A Person Must Be To Be A Caseworker or What Qualifications They MUST Have For CPS To Hire Them, But The Guy In This Article Who Was The Assigned Case Worker For This Particular Was Just 24 Years Old. In My Opinion SOME 24 Year Olds Are Not Mature Enough To Handle The Responsibilities Of This Type Of Job Because They Have Not Yet Reached That Level Of Maturity To Be A Case Worker. Bein An Adult Is More Than Just A Number That Reveals The Age On Ones 'Birth Certificate.'
