Even If They Strike A Deal and Tell All They Know They Are Still Held Responsible For Their Part, But They Might Get A Lighter Punishment. They Still Go To Jail For A Super Long Time and They'll Receive The Death Penalty Which Will Be Given Out Swiftly Within Days/Weeks After Their Military Tribunal.  The ONLY Difference is They'll Be Able To Make A Choice How They Want To Be Executed ie; Hanging, Lethal Injection, Firing Squad.
