Calming Yourself During A Panic Anxiety Attack

 

THIS HELPED ME DURING ANXIETY & PANIC


I want to share something personal.


This minimal animation — simple movement, slow breathing rhythm, and soft frequency-based music — helped me during moments of anxiety and panic.


Not because it cured anything.

But because it gave my mind something gentle to focus on

and my body a signal to slow down.


The visuals use only three colors — red, white, and black —

the first colors newborns recognize.

Simple. Grounding. Non-overstimulating.


Sometimes that pause is enough to interrupt the spiral.
