Know as “People of the mounds” or “Fairy Folk”, Aos Si are the spirits of nature, to others they are our ancestors who live eternal lives in the woods. In Scottish mythology they are “daoine sìth”, our great Ancestors, the spirits of nature, or goddesses and gods. 

The Fairy Mounds, Fairy Ring (Tree stumps) are believed to be underground homes of invisible creatures. They are said to live under ground in fairy mounds, across the western sea, or in an invisible world that coexists with the world of humans. Some examples of these classic mythical creatures and fairies include, The Banshee, Leprechauns and Flower Fairies.

MY COMMENTARY: 

A Few Years Ago I Ran Across Erwin Saunder's YouTube Page. At First Glance I Thought He Was Just Some Nutty Man Living In The Forrest. Than I Realized He Wasn't Some Nutty Man Living In A Forest. He Was A Man Who Actually Connected With These Little Tiny People That Live In The Forrest He Calls Them 'Pixies' Some Call Them 'Fairies, Some Might Call Them Knomes.  

Whatever/Whoever They Are They Do Exist Because Erwin Saunders Spent A Whole Lot Of Time Living In The Forrest So He Could Build Up A Repour With Them In Hopes They'd Allow Him To One Day Film Them and They Did.

Another Thing I Want To Mention. About 15 Years Ago I Ran Across A Video On YouTube Of A Woman Who Was Filming Her New Home. As She Was Filming One Of These Tiny People Suddenly Popped Up In View and He Ran Down Her Hallway. 

She Screamed, I Screamed, The Tiny Person Screamed, We ALL Screamed.  She Was Just Walking Out Of Room In Her House and She Spotted The Little Person Running In Her Hallway. Somehow She Managed To Catch A Brief Video Of The Tiny Person. It Was One Of Those She Scared Him and He Scared Her Situations.   I Doubt If The Video Is Still Available On YouTube After All That Was 15 Years Ago. If It Is, Its' A Classic.
