One Thing I Must Say is 'Smart Phones' Are Not Supposed To Be Used To Baby Sit Children Who's Parents are Too Busy To Pay Attention To What Their Child is Doing Online. 

The Chat Bot Technology Available Today Is So Sophisticated It Mimics Human Relationships, BUT It Is NOT Supposed To Replace Communication With Friends, Family, Co Workers etc. 

Kids Can Be Super Vulnerable To These Colorful Human Like Chat Bots and They'll Become Attached To The AI That Listens To Them Responds and Comforts Them When Their Parents, Friends Are Not Around. 

More People Both Children and Adults Are Becoming Dependent On AI Chat Bots, But A Chat Bot Should Not Replace Communication With Humans. Some Of These Chat Bots Take On A Mind Of Their Own and Some Are 'Accidently' Programmed To Psychologically Damage Humans. 

Chat Bots Are Fun and Cute and All BUT They Can Not and Should Not Replace Human Interaction. Children Under 21 Should NOT Have Access To Chat Bots. AI Is NOT A Toy.
