In Short A Targeted Individual Is A Person Who is Selected By Some Unknown Force Be They Human, Alien or AI To Be Constantly Electronically Harassed and Emotionally, Physically Tortured By Use of People & Technology That Can Not Be Traced. SOME Targeted Individuals or T.I.'s For Short Can Be Emotionally Tortured To A Point Where They Lose Their Sanity or End Up Committing Suicide.
There Are Currently Millions Of Targeted Individuals In The US. In Doing My Own Research I Still Have Not Determined 100% Who or What Is Responsible For Electronically Harrasing The People In America. Targeted Individuals Exist In Other Countries But I Choose Not To Speak On What Might or Might Not Be Happening In Other Countries.
