What Is Martial Law And How Will It Affect Your Lives?
One must first understand what Martial Law is. It is the use and force of the U.S. military to deal with, and rule over all matters that are normally dealt with by civilian authorities, state, county, municipal.
Under such rule, Martial Law, one is under military law, there is no “police” power, and one’s constitutionally protected rights are in effect and fact suspended, whether by formal notice or implied.
There exists no constitutional power/authority for such military law to be imposed, or enacted upon the citizens of the nation. Furthermore the Posse Comitatus Act, federal law, bars the use of such military force upon the citizenry of the nation.
The president’s power/authority are derived “from” and “under” the Constitution. At the moment he were to declare Martial Law and in effect & fact thereby suspend the Constitution his authority is non-existent. The military takes an oath to support, protect & defend the Constitution.
If Martial Law is declared and the military acts under it are they supporting, protecting & defending the Constitution? Are they, and anyone who acts with them now not in defiance OF & AGAINST the Constitution?
The Constitution belongs to the people of the nation. If actors, regardless of who they may be act against the people in defiance of it the people have not only an obligation, but the right to counter, and repel such acts by whatever means one deems appropriate. Click Here To View.
