MEMORIES WITHIN OUR DNA 🧬
If you have been feeling strange in your body lately, heavy, wired, tearful for no reason, or tired in a way sleep does not fix, this one is for you.
Your DNA is a library. Researchers studying the children of Holocaust survivors found changes in a stress-related gene that matched changes in their parents, which shows that trauma marks how genes switch on and off, and that mark travels down the family line. Science has only just begun to look. What I have seen in sessions and in the Akashic Records goes much, much deeper than a few generations.
Your cells remember Earth before this version of it. I have seen the Lemurians, a peaceful people who guarded sacred red crystals and refused to hand them to Atlantis, because they knew what Atlantis would build with them. The Atlantean leaders answered with explosives detonated beneath the water, and the continent of Mu sank into the Pacific.
Only some Lemurians survived, and the brown skinned islander peoples descend from these ancient humans. Atlantis was already in darkness by then, with leaders and secret societies opening portals to dark entities, experimenting on humans, and creating animal hybrids and pandemics. Our galactic brothers and sisters watched on in sorrow. Everyone who lived through those days carried the shock in their body, and their bodies passed it on...
Then go back even further. To the galactic DNA that the Atlanteans and Lemurians were seeded with.
The Pleiades sit about 444 light-years away in Taurus, a cluster of young, hot blue stars. The Pleiadians did not begin there. Their forefathers were the elf-like Lyran humanoids, who fled Lyra after the reptilian beings arrived offering technology and then turned on them.
What came through in past life hypnosis session was their home worlds were burned by directed energy weapons, with the survivors escaping in the very ships the invaders had traded them.
In later galactic history, the Pleiades were attacked, star systems with galactic humans were invaded, and those left behind were massacred or taken as slaves.
That grief was written into the humanoid DNA of our galaxy, and OUR DNA, humanity was built from those lines. Lyran, Pleiadian, Sirian and many more. So when I say you carry it, I mean you literally carry it. These are the stories of our humanoid ancestors, most stop at a few thousand years ago on this Earth but our DNA Carries on far further than that.
This is why the current times feel so PHYSICAL. We are in the Great Awakening. Huge waves of energy are moving through the Earth, and parts of our DNA that were shut off for a very long time are switching back on.
When a library reopens, the oldest books fall off the shelves first. Fear from Lemuria, from Lyra, from the Pleiades rises so it can finally be released. Your body is clearing house.
Here is a practice for tonight.
Lie down or sit somewhere quiet. Place one hand on your chest and one on your lower belly. Breathe in through your nose for four counts and out for six, until your shoulders drop.
Now imagine a multiple strand helix of golden white light spiralling through every cell of your body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet. Let it brighten on every exhale.
Speak to it the way you would speak to a frightened child. "I feel you. I know what you carry. Thank you for remembering for us." Let whatever rises, rise. Tears, heat, trembling, yawning. That is the stored trauma leaving.
Then tell your DNA this: "You are safe now. The wars you remember are over. We are no longer the victims, and we do not consent to that story anymore. Things are difficult right now, but a better world is coming, and you will live to see it, because we are awakening and taking back our planet."
Repeat it until your body softens, then you can drink a full glass of water to hydrate and flush out the old trauma and story.
Your Lemurian elders, your Lyran ancestors and every soul who ran from a burning sky waited a very long time to feel safe enough to let it all go...
You are the one who gets to continue the story. To see the beginnings of the new Earth within your lifetime.
Take only what resonates and leave the rest.
