I Do Not Feel Sorry For The Bully Because Bullies Very Often Times Get Away With The Constant Bullying Of Their Victim(s). Child Bullying Often Times Gets Pushed Aside and Referred To As 'Children Being Children.' 

Adults Don't Pay Attention Until The Child Victim Begins To Inflict Harm Upon Themselves or Ends Their Life Out Of Desperation For Help and Wanting The Bullying To End. How Sad Is That? 

Usually The Bully(s) Get Off Scott Free Because The Court System See's Them As 'children.' When A Child Bullies Someone To The Point Where They Want Too and Do End Their Lives In My Mind That Child Is Partly Responsible and Should Be Held Fully Accountable. 

On The Flip Side Adults Who Are Bullied Also Deserve To Be Protected and Acknowledge. There Are Plenty Of Adults Who Bully Other Adults Destroying Their Lives As Well. The Pain They Cause Their Victims Needs To Acknowledged and The Bullies Need To Be Exposed and Thrown In Jail. If They Require Counseling Let Them Get Counseling While They Are In Jail. 

Was This Man Right or Wrong For Shooting His Bully? That Depends On How Each Person Looks at This Situation. Humans Are NOT Robots, They Have A Wide Range Of Emotions. You Can Only Press A Persons Buttons But So Many Times Before They Are Pushed To The Edge and They Will React Right or Wrong In Whatever Way They See Fit.   

Bullying Is a Form Of Mental and or Psychical Abuse and If Not Addressed and Handled Appropriately By The Legal System The End Result Can Be Death For The Victim or The Bully. 

No One Wins When It Comes To Bullying and Whatever Type Legal System There Is Bullying Should Be Listed As A Crime Against Humans and Humanity. Serious WARNINGS And Punishments Should Be Created and Dealt Out To ALL Bullies Over The Age Of 8 Years.

Victims Of Bullies Need To Be Acknowledged and Supported and Not Ashamed or Forced To Endure Bullying Until Their Mind Snaps Causing The Death Of The Bully or Themselves. I Don't Understand Why Bullying Is Not Listed As A Top Crime, Then Again I Do Know Why.
