I Can't Tell Yall' From The Age Of 16 How Many Times My SOUL/ENERGY Has EXITED My Physical Body and I Lived, Existed and Traveled Everywhere Both On/Of Planet Earth. 

Proving To Myself That Not Only That All Types Of Planets and LIFE Exist Beyond Earth But I Don't Require A Physical Body To Live, Exist and Interact In Worlds Beyond Earth.  

When My SOUL/ENERGY Travels Outside My Physical Body I Take On A New and Appropriate Physical Body When/If It Is Required and I Need Too. 

Your ENERGY Exits Your Physical Body When You Lie Down To Sleep/Rest. Many People Might Not Remember Their SOULS Travels When They Wake Up, Because Those Travels Might Conflict With Your Life Here On Earth and It Might Be Too Much For Your Brain To Handle and Process.  

Then There Are People Like Myself Who Are Allowed To Remember Most Of Where We Go and What We Do While Our SOULS/ENERGY Travels Outside Our Physical Body. 

Based On My Level Of KNOWLEDGE There Are Times My Memory Is Swiped Clean So I Do Not Remember Certain Details Because It Would Be Too Much For My Brain To Process In My Human Form.

Your Level Of Remembrance Is Based On What You Can Handle and What You Already Know. The Point Is Humans Are NOT Earth Bound Our SOUL/ENERGY Does Travel Beyond Earth While Our Physical Body Remains at Rest..
