A Secret U.S. Government UFO Coordination Group Called 'The Aviary' Ran Under Code Name 'Falcon'

 

A former Air Force counterintelligence officer went on camera and named the alleged members of a secret U.S. government UFO coordination group called the Aviary, claimed a former CIA director secretly ran it under the codename "Falcon," and placed himself inside it under the codename "Sparrow." Richard Doty says the group met in CIA safe houses and spent decades coordinating classified data on UAPs and alleged extraterrestrial contacts.

The alleged members carried bird codenames and included a CIA-linked neurologist, a Navy optical physicist, a remote viewing specialist, Army intelligence, and even a civilian researcher who reportedly had no security clearance when he first joined.

Doty also claims the group sought an alliance with the legendary MJ-12 committee and had access to something called the Red Book, a reported government document tracking alleged ET contact data back to 1947.
