Rare Red Sand Storm Covers Sky In Greece

 

A rare red sandstorm just turned parts of Greece into something that looks straight out of Mars. 

Cars driving with their headlights on in the middle of the day. A thick red haze covered the sky, making everything look almost like a scene from Mars.

Experts say this strange scene was caused by strong winds blowing desert dust in from North Africa.
