They Have The Ability To Hypnotize Us So We Only See Them As Human. On The Other Hand SOME Reptilian Alien Species MUST Cloak Themselves To Hide Their True Identity. 

If Most Humans Saw These Beings In True Form They'd Be Terrified or They'd Die Of Fear. SOME Reptilian Species Are Over 12 Feet Tall and Can Lift A Car Like Its' A Childs Toy.   

I Want People To Realize Like Humans Not All Reptilian Species Hate Humans and Eat Humans, That Is Simply Not True. Within The Prime Reptilian Species There Are Different Levels Of POWER. Those With The Highest Level Of POWER Often Times Rule and Control The Lower Level Species. Sounds A lot Like How Humans Are Ruled By Those In High POWERED Positions. 

Reptilians Who Are Ruled By Those In Power Relate To The Human Experience Because They Too Have Been Enslaved and Ruled Over For Eons.  Our Freedom Means Their Freedom, We Share The Same Experience With Them and They Sympathize with Us. Matter A Fact If You Watch Some Of The Off Planet Sci Fi Series, Movies You'll See Reptilians Working Side By Side With The Humans. 

Do NOT Think All Reptilian Species Hate Humans, Are Bad and Want To Kill and Eat Humans, That's Not True. Also Think About How SOME Alien Species Believe That Al Humans Are Evil, Bad, Murderous, Selfish Beings. NEVER Forget 'Contempt' Can Flow and Be Hurtful Coming From Both Human/Alien Perspective.
