Adults Have Kids Believing They Can Basically Get Off Scot Free Just Because They Are Underage. The System Has These Kids Believing They Can Do Just About Anything To Anyone And They'll Just Spend Some Time In A Juvenile Facility. Well, That Attitude Need To Disappear Real Quick Because We Are Not Dealing With Ordinary Kids From The 1950's, 60's, 70's 80's or 90's.
In The 21st Century From The Year 2000 On We've Dealing With An Entire Different Breed Of Children Who've Been SECRETLY Genetically Altered Within The Womb and Within Their Home Environment.
SOME Not All Of These Children Appear To Have Been Born Lacking Human Emotion or Conscious. If These So Called Kids Require Counseling and Rehabilitation Give It To Them While They Serve Their Time For Their Crime, Behind Bars. Let Them Continue Thei Education Behind Bars.
Adults Who Commit Heinous Crimes Get No Pardons and Neither Should These Kids. They Chose To Physically and Psychologically Destroy Another Persons Life, Therefore They Should Forfeit As Much Of Their Lives As Humanely Possible.
When They Made The Decision To Lure In, Kidnap, Rape, Beat Up and Attempted To Murder This 5 Year Old Baby They Made The Decision To Give Up Their RIGHTS To Live A 'Normal' Life. While They Are Incarcerated They Should Not Have Access To Any Electronic Devices Unless It Is For (In Jail) School Use.
No Internet, Smart Phone, Video Games, Candy, Sweets. I Say Give Them The Bare Minimum Until They Are 18 or 21 Years Old. Let Them Feel The Pain They Caused This Little Girl. She Has To Psychologically Deal With What They Did To Her For The Rest Of Her Life, So Her Torturers Lives Should Not Be A Cake Walk.
This Is My Opinion Surrounding This Tragic Story and I Will Stick By It. The Judicial System Surrounding Crimes Committed By Kids Truly Needs An Immediate and Drastic Overhaul. Its' Time For Adults To STOP Making Up Excuses For Sadistic, Sick Minded Kids and Hold Them Fully Accountable For Their Heinous Crimes Against Their Victims and Society. Parents Also Need To Step Up And PARENT Their Kids and Stop Trying To Be Their Friends. Parents Are The 1st Life Long Teacher Their Child Will Ever Know And They Need To Take On Their Responsibilities As a Parent Seriously.
