YES, This Incident Was A Pre Planned Staged False Flag Event. BIG Question Is WHY? & Which Side Pulled It Off? Was It The Dark Side Cabal? If So Here Are A Few Of Reasons Why I Think They Did It.

4- To Add More Grief To The 24th Anniversary of 9/11. 

There Could Be Many More Reasons But These Are Just A Few That I Could Think Of.

On The Flip Side If This Was A White Hat False Flag Event The Main Reason I Could Think Of Them Doing This is;

1- To Shake Up The American Public, So They'd Wake Up And Pay Attention To REAL Things Happening Outside Of Their Comfort Zones. 

I Believe As With Most Everything The Truth & Who's Responsible For This False Flag Will Be Revealed. I Also Notice As The Battle To Free Humanity Intensifies More Force Flags Are Occurring. 

However The Faster They Put Out These False Flags The More Sloppier They Are. The Sloppier They Are The More Easer, Faster and Obvious They Are To Detect For Those Who Know What To Look For.   

I've Been Decoding False Flags For Ove 22 Years So I Pretty Much Know What To Look For. I Determined This Shooting Was A False Flag Within Less Than 5 Seconds After Watching A YouTube Video. 

The Guy Was Explaining What Happened And He Was Trying So Hard To Act Out His Feelings Of Sincerity & Grief I Knew He Was LYING. My Discernment Kicked In Immediately.
