Mandates Mean States Owns YOU: Forced Vaccination Is SLAVERY,

 

Just remember folks a "Mandate" is Corporate speech, it means that there is a contract between you and the State/Organisation that you have both agreed to. Look it up if you dont believe me! You dont agree then no contract exists.
