However When It Comes To Proving Ones Innocence Should Their Be A Time Limit? Given The Right Amount Of Time The WRONGLY Accused Can Prove Their Innocence and Be Released From Prison. How Many Innocent People Were Executed Because They Did Not Have The Right Amount Of Time To Prove Their Innocence? Well I Am Sure That Wont Happen In America Because They Give Inmates 50 Years To Handle Their Business.
This Person Who Murdered This Woman Who Was The Mo Of Two Young Children Suffered With PTSD From Serving In The US Army. He Was A Jet Fighter and He Saw Many People Killed While Inn The Army. For Those Who Doubt PTSD Is A Real Thing I Am Here To Tell You PTSD Is A Very REAL Condition. My Dad Suffered With PTSD After He Finished Serving The US Army. My Family and I Did Not Know My Dad Had PTSD Because Back In The Day It Was Rarely Talked About. When My Dad Had His Episodes He Was Not The Same Person And At Times He Did Not Recognize Us and He Was Very Violent and It Took Other Family Members To Come In and Calm Him Down. PTSD Can Really Cause Emotional Trauma To The Person Dealing With It As Well As Those Who Become Targets Of It.
I'm On The Fence On Whether or Not They Should Have Executed This Man After 49-50 Years, That's Half A Century. But I Also Understand The Family Mainly The Kids Need Closure and Justice For Their Mom. I Just Feel Death Sentences Should Not Be Allowed To Drag Out For 50 Years. I Feel After 50 Years The Person Who Committed The Crime Is Not That Same.
I Think Their Should Be A Cap On The TIME Limit Regarding Appeals Process. In Other Countries They Do Not Play Death Sentences Are Carried Out Within A Few Days To A Few Months Tops But NEVER 49-50 Years. That Makes No Sense To Me
