If Your House/Neighborhood Is Part Of HOA Make Sure You READ, UNDERSTAND & AGREE To Their Rules, Regulations & By Laws Before Signing The Deed To Your Home. Once You Sign The Deed To Your Home You Are Obligated To Abide By The Rules Stated In Your Neighborhood HOA's Regulation & Rules.
In This Case HOA Is Telling People Who Reside In A Specific Area If They Are Cigarette Smokers, They Can No Longer Smoke Cigarettes In Their Home. Tell Me How In Hell Does That Work For Someone Who's Been A Regular Cigarette Smoker Since They Moved In That Neighborhood 30 Years Ago?
See, This Is Where ONE Person or A Small Group Of People Have Added Power & Control To Their Job Title and They Think They Have The Power To Create Senseless Rules and Then Try To Enforce Them Upon Unsuspecting Tenants That Live In The Jurisdiction That is Covered By Their Home Owners Association (HOA) .
The Way I See It People Who Attest This New Rule Should Ban Together, Stand Strong and Tell The HOA To Kiss Their Ass. But Again The Homeowner/Renter Also MMust Be Super Careful When It Comes To Signing House Deeds & Agreeing To Your Neighborhood HOA Rules & Regulations.
