1. The aliens would not interfere in our affairs, and we would not interfere in theirs;

2. The US Government would keep their presence on earth SECRET;

3. The aliens would provide the US with advanced technology;

4. The aliens could abduct humans and cattle on a limited basis for medical examination and monitoring;

5. The people subjected to experiences would not be harmed, and returned to their point of abduction with no recollection of the event;

6. The US could also do a medical examination and genetic experience with aliens and share the results with each other;

7. The aliens would be given secret facilities such as Deep Underground Military Bases for their accommodations and experiences.
