Dear Starseed,
When it comes to the spiritual journey one of the most important things we can do is drop any heavy energetic load we are carrying.
When I say energetic load I am referring mostly to psychic, emotional and mental energies.
We may be carrying an energetic load from family, ancestors, lovers, other lifetimes. All must be dropped in order to fully live in the moment.
When we learn different methods of dropping this load then we begin to experience a new level of lightness, freedom and joy.
We can free our heart and mind to sense and know the truth, the truth of our multidimensional nature, the truth of our innate potential, the truth of why we are here.
Imagine that anything weighting you down that does not serve you can be surrendered into many small balloons that can carry these energies to the transformative power of the sun and stars.
Today I wish you a new level of lightness of being, one where all earthly cares are surrendered into the loving hands of Spirit.
