Your gut, immune system, nervous system, metabolism, blood health, mineral sufficiency... ALL of these systems are constantly communicating with one another, and when that communication starts breaking down, your health can suffer in ways you may never have imagined.

You want to help the masses? TEACH THEM PHYSIOLOGY!!! Little by little. Help people understand how their bodies actually work. Help them connect the dots between what they're consuming, what they're exposed to, how they're living, and how they're feeling. We can wake up so many more people through education than we ever will by screaming at each other on the internet.

Do you ever feel like you're standing on the outside watching a giant dust tornado of angry humans throwing boulders at each other? Everybody fighting, everybody distracted, everybody convinced the person standing across from them is the enemy?

ME TOO!!!

And while everybody is busy fighting over the latest scandal, outrage, political circus, or manufactured division, how many people are actually stopping to question the systems that influence their health every single day?

It's not easy standing outside the crowd. It's not easy being a disruptor, especially when you're challenging things people have been conditioned to accept their entire lives. But we need more people willing to ask questions, study, educate themselves, and help others do the same.

Study the BIG FOOD industry. Study biology. Study physics. Study physiology. Study neurology. Study the nervous system and its relationship with every other system in your body. Study what chronic stress does to your immune function, digestion, hormones, blood pressure, and metabolism. Study how nutritional deficiencies affect cellular function. Study how your environment influences your biology.

UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE USING AGAINST YOU.

Because the very systems that sustain human life are also the systems that can be disrupted to undermine human health.

Think about our most basic vulnerabilities...

FOOD. WATER. AIR. FEAR OF DEATH.

We cannot survive without the first three, and the fourth can be an incredibly powerful tool for influencing human behavior.

Look at how much of our modern food supply is engineered around convenience, shelf life, and profitability rather than nutritional quality. Look at what we're exposed to through our environments. Look at how easily fear can override rational thought and keep our nervous systems in a constant state of alarm.

And then look at how little the average person has actually been taught about the basic physiology of their own body.

THAT is where I believe we can make an enormous difference.

I don't want people blindly following me, either. I want them learning enough to ask better questions, recognize patterns, understand their own physiology, and make informed decisions without needing someone else to do all their thinking for them.

I'm not interested in spending my days throwing boulders in that dust tornado. I'd rather stand outside of it and help as many people as I can find their way out.

Because an educated population that understands how its own biology works is a whole lot harder to manipulate.

And if enough of us start teaching instead of fighting, imagine how many people we could reach.

We need more educators. More critical thinkers. More people willing to challenge the status quo. More disruptors who actually understand what they're disrupting.

That's how I'm choosing to fight back. ❤️👊🏻
