Sadly This Type of Human Deterioration In Not Just Hitting The Streets of Canada, Its Hit Many States In America and The Situation Is Not Getting Aany Better and Thoe Who Supposedly Run This Country Act As Though They Can Not Come Up With A Viable Solution Removing These Severe Drug Addicts Off Of The City Streets and Place Them In SAFE Living Environment Where They Will Be Safe.

They Can Seek Help To End Their Addictions or if They Choose They Can Continue Feeding Their Drug Habit. However I Think Its' Important For The Good of All, The People Who Choose To Remain Drug Addicts Be Removed off of The Streets.

PEOPLE Who Live In Surrounding Communities Have a Right To Feel Safe and Live In An Environment That Is Clean and Healthy Not Full of Drug Addicts Who Care Nothing About Themselves or The People Who Have To Live Around Them.
